I'm unable to select the collection I want to put my latest designs in. Not all collections show up.

Is this another Zazzle glitch? I haven't been able to resolve this problem. When I do a search of the collection I'm looking for, it says it doesn't exist even though it clearly does. Frustrating!

You have to wait awhile after creating the collection before it will show up on this collection list...sometimes even up to 24hrs. Were you trying too soon maybe?

Thanks for the suggestion, but no, I was not trying too soon. My collections are from over a year ago. I used to be able to arrange the order of the collections, arrange the order of the products (mostly greeting cards), and move new products into one or more of the collections. Now, only 8 collections show when I try to move a product into a collection that's not showing up. When I do a search, it says the collection doesn't exist even though they do.

To add to my comment above, I have 20 collections. Only 8 show up, the others don't show up. Some of the collections that show up are from a different store that I have which has nothing to do with the store I'm working with.

@pattycimzah When they did the collection upgrade - some collections got assigned to the wrong store. You may need to create new collections for the store you are working in.
If your collections are a cross sell - you can only put products in that were created in the store that the collection belongs to
I see 18 collections on your member profile - 5 belong to seriouslythough and 12 belong to cimzahdesigns which means one hasn't been attached to a store yet (edit collection/your stores/checkbox for store/save)
1 could be set to private or are new or could be broken (it happens)
