Inside Unfolded Envelope Image Size?

Hi Everyone;  I cannot wrap my head around the size of image needed for the inside of an envelope unfolded.  No matter what I do it keeps giving me a warning yellow button that there is an issue with my design and I need to keep the image inside the parameters but I don't understand what those are.  Does anyone here have any suggestions?  Is it a dpi issue?  I was able to put this image on a decoupage, a much larger item.

Or do I just go with yellow button warning that there is an issue with the design?

Will my product go on the open market, or will I not have any sales?  Thanks in advance for any help!

The warning is not about the size/res of the image but rather its positioning. Anything, even text, that touches the green line or extends past it will trigger the warning.

For a background image, just go ahead as you normally would with extending it past the bleed line. If you're adding an object that's important to the design, then best to heed to warning and keep it inside the green border.
