The outbound clicks show they at least clicked and came to your product here, but they could have clicked off or wandered away and bought someone else's product, or any number of scenarios. 149 outbound clicks seems like a lot, but according to others, it could take a lot more than that to actually get the sale (like maybe 300? I can't remember"). Those are good stats for the pin and should be encouraging for you!
