Hello,
Could someone explain to me what they mean in the message - one area of my product is blank? I use the same pattern for both side and really don't understand what they mean in blank area.

Hi @Arful_Dreamz,
When adding the images/patterns to the design tool, if the front is added as a layer but the back is added as a background image you may get the error you have seen. The design tool is letting you know you haven't added a layer to the back.
I added a screenshot to show the images/patterns as layers vs as a background, both options will work, it is important however to ensure you are happy with the design preview before posting as this shows how the product will be printed.

As long as you can see the patter like the picture shows you're good to go.
