I came across a laser etched photo frame that a designer made and was wondering how to access it so I can design on it. Could you help? Thank you.

some products in the marketplace are artisan made meaning we'll not a chance to design on them as Zazzle doesn't have the blanks to work on so to speak.
If you could link to the frame that you saw - we can confirm (or deny) that this is the case

just did a search and this picture frame showed up. You can see that there is a tag that says 'artisan made' so you'll not be able to design on them as it's a third party seller not Zazzle

They're probably still in the "Green Room" phase. When Zazzle introduces a new product they invite a small group of designers to pre-populate the marketplace with designs so that when they formally roll out the product to the public there are some designs there to promote. You'll probably see a formal announcement in a few weeks with info on how to create for them.

Note that they are "Artisan Made" - many of those items are not and won't be available for open design, as they are not Zazzle made, just using the Zazzle platform to generate sales.. Looks like they do a number of printed, custom cut, engraved and laser etched items

Thank you all for the responses. This isn’t a “artist made” product as it didn’t say that on it like it usually does. It’s probably something you have to be invited to design on like other products I’ve seen, or it hasn’t been fully released yet and is only beta testing for top designers at the moment.
