Not receiving any response from support regarding the W-8 BEN form

I have been facing a problem with the W-8 BEN form for at least two years, and I made many attempts to make it a form, but I realized that I was making mistakes, and I corrected these errors, and a new file was sent containing all the necessary information, and I have now been waiting for a week and there is no response.

Hello.
I have been waiting a long time since January to get a reply from Zazzle for acceptance of my W-8 BEN form.
They replied on April 25 for me to fix and then 7 June to say I needed to fix the form again because it did not match exactly.
I have now fixed them so the addresses match exactly on the form and my store as was asked.
I sent emails but still I am waiting since June 7th for a reply so almost 7 months now.
How long is the waiting time as this is very long.
My store has made money and I need to buy food.
Can someone please help me.
