Payment Method on Order Details

Sometimes when I make a Zazzle purchase I choose to have it be deducted from my royalties, sometimes I pay out of my personal bank accounts.

I was trying to calculate my purchases that were deducted from my royalties. There doesn't seem to be any differentiation on my royalty data page. And, the order details don't show any payment method information. It seems like there should be enough information on the receipt for the customer to handle their own accounting.

Does the line under "Order Total," where it says "Earnings," mean that you paid that amount from your earnings?

Hi Linda,

You can check this by navigating to the order history page> order details i.e this is for your apron order:

Hi Fiona, Thank you, but I don't see anywhere on my order details where it says what I used to pay for this order. Usually a receipt will show the last four digits of the card that was used. Since we can also pay from our royalties, it would make sense for that to show if it were the case. But there's nothing.

Does the line under "Order Total," where it says "Earnings," mean that you paid that amount from your earnings?

Badeesie, Thank you, you are correct! The way they present it wasn't logical to me, but when I looked at some other receipts, in the spot that say 'earnings' in this example is changed to 'paypal' for example. Now I get it.  I was focused in on looking for something that said 'payment method.'
