"Something went wrong" when sending review request

I've been trying to post a request review on an item that keeps saying to put it as pg-13 or request a review. Everytime I try to sent the review request I get a red message "Something went wrong."

I do not believe there is anything in the keywords or design that would warrant pg-13, which is why I wanted a review instead of posting it under pg-13. It's a basic poster for someone who has had their pet lost who wants to put flyers up. The keywords I used are pets,cat,dog,missing,lost,rescue,escaped,animals

Suggestions anyone?

Hope this info may help others.  I finally got the design to submit for review - this morning I started having problems getting products to post at all - and they were not going to my saved designs either.  Here's what I did that I am hoping has fixed it - I cleaned all this history, cache, etc. out of my browser - the only thing I left was login cookie information.  It seems to be working now, am keeping my fingers crossed that it was all on my end.
