Referral Links

I am having problems with my referral links.    Every time I give a customer a direct link to a product and they purchase that item I never get the 35% I only receive my set royalty. Not sure why.  I have created so many custom products for customers & gave them a direct link to that product which they purchase and I never get my 35%.  I’m so frustrated.

If they are already on Zazzle and you are communicating via message they very likely already have a Zazzle cookie (or other 3rd party cookie) so you will not get the referral. Your link alone does not ensure you get a referral... the customer has to come in clean.
