Hello, I really do need help with my W8 form.
I am from spain and I have NO idea what the correct Paragraph or article is when it comes to the special Tax rate between us and spain. They have been sending me the IRS article but it is too confusing. I have been sending my form more than 10 times, I waiting now month for a concrete answer. Can someone help?
