Still Cannot DELETE Products from COLLECTIONS

I have posted about this issue a number of times in the last couple of days. I have a store that is in development and set to HIDDEN or PRIVATE.  All of my collections and my products are also HIDDEN and SET TO PRIVATE. I DO NOT want any of my products or product collections to be seen until they are ready. That stated when I click on the hamburger icon located next to a product I am only prompted and am only able to ADD to a collection. There is NO PROMPT to DELETE even though I hover over the icon. This is very frustrating and upsetting as I have deadlines to meet to get my Zazzle store up and running. Is anyone else still having this issue? Should I contact support via telephone? I am lost and aggravated. Am I missing something? Is there still a backend glitch or bug? Any feedback or suggestions are needed and appreciated.

in your collection, click on the product, then when the product shows up, at the top where the gray menu bar that starts with “listing tools” go to the “add to collection link” (5th from the left) and click on it. Your collection list will appear, scroll till you find the one that you checkmarked that your product is in and UNCHECK it. Close that panel. Refresh the page. Your product should be deleted. It works, I just deleted a product from one of my collections to test.

idraw - THANK YOU!!! Where would we Zazzlers be without you?! I just took the steps you outlined and for the moment this is working seamlessly! Thank you again. I would give you a thousand kudos if I could. Once I am up and running perhaps I can follow on Zazzle. For now a huge thanks for your prompt and problem solving response. Hopefully this will help others faced with the same collections confusion.

This was an issue for several days, and the items couldn’t be checked or unchecked in the Edit Details drop-down menu to delete them, but the issue was resolved late yesterday.
