W8 Ben form - do we get reminders and can I can a received receipt please

I recently contacted the w8-Ben team to ask for copy of the original I submitted as I noticed an anomaly on my end of year form so wanted to check I'd submitted the correct details.

I was advised my existing form was outdated and to submit another, which I have done. Please can someone confirm receipt as this is making me very anxious as payment day is so close.

I was being paid regularly until I mentioned this so I hope it won't create a delay.

Meanwhile, should we be getting emails every 3 years to update and resubmit or is this something we're meant to remember ourselves. I am a form-o-phobe so these things do tend to make me spiral a bit. Apologies for that!

Hi @Pádraig. If you don't mind, can you please tell us all the answer to CreativeDesign's question...whether or not we get an email reminder when it's time to resubmit? I know my three years is up soon but don't know when to resubmit in order to avoid a disruption in payments. Thanks!

Hi, so sorry for all the confusion, I figured out how to do the electronic signature and have sent you another form dated 8.4.2023 today!
