Tissue Paper

Good morning,

When I look up tissue paper in the search bar, everything but tissue paper comes up.  I even put tissue paper in quotes.  I still see it in 'create a product', but the search engine doesn't come up with tissue paper.  

Does anyone know what's going on?

I believe I saw posts a little while back that it was out of stock?

Thankfully, it's back in stock, but the search brings up everything but tissue paper.  It's very perplexing.

I see what you mean about being unable to view tissue paper in a search for it. I just tried searching “tissue paper” and got a lot of wrapping paper sheets in the results. No tissue paper at all.

I hope it's because tissue paper was out, and they're just late in getting actual tissue paper results back up.  Crossing fingers!

Can you please tell tech / engineering that customers cannot search for - tissue paper - and have the products come up.  Everything else comes up, i.e. wrapping paper sheets, wrapping paper, ribbon, mugs, etc.  But NO tissue paper.  This severely restricts tissue paper sales for both the designers and Zazzle.  Thank you.

Thanks for flagging this with us. However, it looks like everything is working as expected now. I can search for the product with no issues on my end. Are you still experiencing the issue?

Thankfully, more tissue paper is coming up, but there is still an inordinate amount of other items such as ribbon, stickers, etc that also come up with tissue paper.  This is different than before.  It seems maybe the indexing needs to finish.  I'm just thankful tissue paper is finally coming up!  Thank you!

When one looks up tissue paper, there are still other products that come up along with tissue paper.  Can I ask that you guys further clean up the search results for tissue paper?  Thankfully, tissue paper comes up, but it's surrounded by other products such as ribbons, wrapping paper, wrapping paper sheets, etc.  

This is very different from previous searches for tissue paper.  Before, when one looked up tissue paper, the results were all tissue paper.  Now, it's not at all.  These garbled results occurred right after the latest re-stocking of tissue paper.

If Zazzle could please clean up the results, that would be wonderful.  Thank you.
