If you are looking for quick, nope. This started the morning of 3/10, we are still waiting and advised to be "patient".

I’m the Community Manager here, but I'm also on the QA team. I've been speaking with the engineer who will be fixing this issue, and we hope to have this completed very soon. We've figured out the cause of the issue, so it's just a matter of updating functionality so that this is working again.
Apologies for the issues here. I'll provide an update when I have one. Until then, I'd like to ask that everyone just sit tight and hold off on contacting Customer Support about this. All that does is tie up the phone lines, make the email queues a bit longer, and add more emails/messages to my plate. It's less work for all of us to just watch this space.

Scott/ Mod posted earlier that it should be fixed after tonight’s maintenance update.

Friday 3/17, 8:30 am EST, just checked transfer this design earlier today, disappointed to say that the ”transfer” fix did not happen after last night’s maintenance.  (Ongoing 3/10-3/17)
We are supposed to continue discussion in the other thread where Scott/mod posted, but am replying here to answer your post.
