I've tried changing my store banner several time in the past 2 days it never goes through. Anyone have any suggestions

If you look at your current banner, you'll probably see that it's blown up large and is blurry. It's a bug, one Zazzle knows about, but in the meantime, no one can change their banner.

My banner looks fine, not pixelated or over sized, just can't change it. Thanks anyway. Just wanted to change it to reflect the time of year.

Others have reported the same as you--not being able to change the banner--so it's apparently a two-part problem.

It used to be that people would know what was being reported because the home page of the forums used to show all the recent posts. But now, the occasional user looking at the forums for the first time, will not see when a topic has been brought up already a few dozen times in the past two or three days. The change to the forum goes a long way to encouraging multiple threads on the same topic.

Windy, I swear it was no more than a week ago when I chose from a list of most recent posts no matter which of the forums it was in. I just searched for it but it's gone. What a shame.
Fred, you probably would have seen the reports if the list still existed.

Well I'm rarely on Zazzle anymore, haven't used the forums pretty since they went to this one. If I were around more I probably would have figured out where everything is like tech issues area.

Some people are saying their banners have been restored, so I am sure we will all be fixed up pretty soon.
If the forums were presented differently, people would find these recent issues threads much more quickly. It's not user error. @FNolan
