Why isn't Standard Shipping an option when looking at "shipping options" on the card page?

I wanted to see if it was too late to order Easter cards - I don't pay extra for quicker shipping.  The only choices on the folded card page are Premium, Express, Zip, and Zip Plus.  Then below it states free standard shipping with Zazzle Black.  Why isn't there an option to see delivery date for Standard Shipping?

I noticed this yesterday too when I went to order a tote bag. Zip was the only option in the pull-down menu.
