Hello I can't find a similar thread with this issue . The collection is appearing under the product on the product page however the link is not working and there is no access to the rest of the collection.
This is not happening on all my collections , and i cant work out if there is a pattern to the ones that aren't working.
Is anyone else having this issue.
I have attached a link to one of the products where the link to the collection isn't working.

I think that's just how the cross-sell collections work. There is no link to the collection, it's just visible under the product.

I'm new to this platform, I was on Etsy but not anymore. I just wanted to say that using Zazzle as a seller is not user friendly. Navigating and clicking and clicking places wondering what is going to happen. I posted my design and I'm confused...Where did it go?...lol and wish it was user friendly like Esty or Redbubble. But I guess we can't always get what we want.

So, I'm just wondering what the point of it being visible but not clickable is? It's like a tease, here are products you might like and want to by but surprise, there is no way to get to them without searching really hard and we all know searches on Zazzle barely work.

@wheresthekarma Hmmm... I was about to say that all of the images are indeed clickable, but then I realized that it's more complicated than that. If there's a cover or realview, then clicking through the images on the left just cycles through them. However, the images on the right are indeed clickable:
If you click on the "show more products" button, then the covers disappear and you're shown all of the products grouped by product type - minus the product type that you're currently viewing (at least that's how mine show up) and in this view all of the pictures are clickable.
Maybe it would be less confusing if the button said "view entire collection" and showed all of the products regardless of which you were currently viewing? I'm not sure if it needs to open a separate page, but I do agree the collection covers throw a bit of a wrench into the system in terms of opening the product or not, and it's a bit confusing.
