spacing text distribute to selection not working

I am trying to distribute my text to selection, but it ends up uneven, is it because of the new fonts? Or am I doing it wrong?

Make sure you have the Align to 'selection' selected and not to the Artboard.

If this is text that has been automagically replaced by another - check the Line Spacing of each text element and make sure it's set to 1.

Yes, it was the line spacing that was messed up. Didn´t think of that. Thank you!

Also check the text box anchor. It looks like maybe your location (garden club) is anchored to the top of the text box while the city is anchored to the bottom. So the text boxes will be distributed evenly, but the text won't look like it is.
