How would I get a copy of the 1099?

Follow up....I just spoke to two people at Zazzle, one of whom hung up on me.  They are telling me my 1099 should come through PayPal because that is how I am paid.  Since changing over to PayPal, I have NEVER received my 1099 from them.  I have ALWAYS received it through Zazzle.  My friend, who is also an associate and receives payment through PayPal, received her 1099 from Zazzle.  I'm hoping someone from Zazzle can explain this.

This is the first year since being on Zazzle that Zazzle did not send me a 1099. When I inquired about it, they indicated I would be getting my 1099 from Paypal this year and not from Zazzle. I do not know what changed for me this year regarding issuance of the 1099, but I have my 1099 from Paypal, so I am going to use that in filing my taxes. I was just checking my business expenses paid from my Paypal Account and noticed they make the 1099 available electronically, so you should be able to download your 1099 directly from Paypal.

Pádraig is the Zazzle employee who looked into my questions with the 1099. Perhaps he can assist you? I hope it gets resolved for you soon!

I spoke with PayPal.  If you do not reach a threshold of 20K they do not issue the 1099.  Since I did not, I need it from Zazzle.  I am now holding again.  Thanks again, Susan, for trying to be helpful.

You're very welcome! That is a mystery solved to know PayPal has a 20K threshold for issuing the 1099. Sounds like Zazzle needs to provide your 1099. Good luck!
