Got an email on 2/16 stating that "We noticed that your Collection Cover Images/videos in the Media Manager for these Collections could be updated to enhance your visibility and improve customer conversion. We have listed the Collections..."
Today 2/22/24 received an email stating:
?We're reaching out to inform you about a potential error in the email you received on Friday, February 16, 2024 regarding updating your Cover Collection Images/Videos in Media Manager. At this time, there is no action needed on your end. We'll be providing an update soon and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused."
Having invested 16 years here, Zazzle pleeeeze.

What?! I've just followed their suggestion and started adding the collection covers and am very satisfied with the result. 🤗 No need to apologize to me.
I guess I'm an exception here, because I really like the collection's changes and updates. 🤔
