Annoying CAPTCHA!!!

When I try to log in via Chrome on my Android phone, the CAPTCHA thing comes up EVERY TIME, and it's never happy with me just clicking 8 of those annoying squares once, it makes me do it over and over again on new images at least 4 more times, and it's such a hassle trying to get past that beast!

WHY is this happening? Please make it stop!

It has been really annoying for several days.

Been weeks for me. I thought I was the only one. It is driving me insane

It keeps telling me I'm wrong no matter what I click on.  Takes forever to get in.

This just started happening to me this week, too, on my phone (Android but I use Firefox on it not Chrome). The picture squares are bad enough but it's somehow also interfering with my password being autofilled as it always has been. Now the password field is blank and I have to click it and then choose to 'view suggested log-ins', choose one, AND then the picking picture squares process.

It's bad enough trying to figure out what they want us to click on the desktop, but on a tiny phone screen, how are you supposed to see tiny ant-sized cars  in those itty bitty squares? And of course it NEVER likes my response, then the whole process has to be repeated 6-7 times, with 20+ squares to be selected. UGH!!!

I always refresh the captcha(the circle arrow thingy 🙂 ) till I get individual images selection, (rather than one whole image), its much easier to see the cars/lights/bridges like that, I hate doing the large image and 'select squares containing ...' version.

The devil himself invented Captcha! That is literally THE most annoying thing on the internet, even more annoying than wall-to-wall ads!

I was searching to see if anyone else is annoyed by captchas, and of course, they are. How about all of us complaining to the company about it? Particularly those who made good sales. I don't think the company will be happy to lose most of us. I think if enough reports will be done, maybe they will do something about these captchas. It is bad enough to have to do one product at the time, but with captcha it takes much longer.

It's suddenly been on a rampage with me too, for the past week, I'm on a desktop with Opera. I hate being harassed by that bleeping Captcha.

It's really annoying, specially if you're using a cell phone to access the account.
Is it a way to control the influx of "marketers" that are sending messages to the sellers?

I came to the forum specifically to find out if it was just me. I see there are more people having this issue. I am using Microsoft Edge on my computer, and it is doing it every time I log in now. As others say, it is so annoying!

Sadly, I honestly spend more time on Captcha than actually getting my product up and live, very frustrating. I really wish Zazzle would do something about this. I would have a lot more products up in my store in a quicker fashion if it wasn't for this captcha, I get discouraged, frustrated, and walk away for the day.... I am on desktop, Microsoft Edge

I bought a new screamer computer this past week and I assumed it was because it did not recognize the new PC so hearing that it's happening to others every time (like me) lets me know it's likely not the new computer that's causing this to happen.  Thanks for bringing it up

Ditto! It's almost impossible now logging in on my Samsung Galaxy. On average, it takes me 8 - 10 screens to finally get past the security log-in (yes, I've counted them, lol). It's beyond frustrating. When I'm on my phone usually all I want to do is log on quickly to see if I've sold anything. I acually gave up altogether the other day and waited until my desktop was on to do it. What is particularly annoying are those squares that just flip over without even taking you to the next screen. I keep on clicking on them (and they're very hard to see clearly they're so blurry most of the time) so sometimes it takes about a dozen clicks just to get to the next screen. 😫

One tip for captchas: I swear by this working so far
If you click on all the boxes quickly... you are almost guaranteed to get additional challenges by the captcha system. Why? I think it assumes it's a bot doing the clicking

What to do? while you may not like this answer.... it's been working for me
lets say there are three motorcycles it wants you to click on. Click on one then wait a few seconds and click on the text one, then a few more seconds and the third one.

If you try to speed your way through the captcha process... you will fail the challenge most of the time 🙂
Try what I'm saying and tell me if improves your captcha success in getting past the first screen?

I'm not a robot, but I need one for the capture.

I'll try the slow click next time. This morning, it wanted me to pick out cars. I couldn't see any cars in the blurry mess, so I guessed...incorrectly.

If it asks for cars.... it really means motorcycles

Just kidding

Was cleaning up some products in most cases I had to click around 3 captchas in a row for a publishing a single product. It might be set to aggressive?

I have tried everything. Going slow, speeding up. Changing browsers, etc...Nothing is working for me. It took me at least an hour just to post a couple of ties!!!! I could not log in for 2 **bleep** days!!!! It's driving me insane for real

It started happening to me last night. I thought it was because I cleared cookies from my browser.

Quite often I find captchas so annoying that I decide not to log in at all, thinking there must be better things to do with my time. What if many more people are thinking the same way? How good for business is that?

Today I only logged in to be able to complain a bit... I really hope these captcha harassments are going to be over soon!

But I also want to mention the possibility of choosing an audible captcha. Having eye problems, that is what I usually do. In my opinion the audible captchas are a little easier. You only need to write what you hear (even if it doesn't make sense).

Would you like to swap links?

Rheanun

I wish I could do the audible captcha, but it won't let me. Not on any device I have tried. This is just so beyond annoying and you are right, it makes you not want to even try logging in anymore. I posted a few products yesterday, but I get through about 4. Then I get them again and have to walk away and wait at least another half hour or so and then I can do maybe another 4. There has to be something someone can do!!!!

It got better yesterday so I thought they fixed the problem, but I can't log into American Zazzle today so I'm working through their Swedish domain.

WBartworks

Definitely!  I used to have more luck logging in after first clicking on a product that I hadn't previously clicked on.  Now that trick doesn't even work anymore.  I will try not to visit and add any more product for at least a week and see if that makes a difference.  Clicking on pictures of motorcycles, cars, bicycles, hydrants, or stairs over and over again isn't my kind of fun.

ZAZZLE became insane with catcha. It's very annoying to resolve captcha for every upload or even authentication
