Pride Month (Sun, Jun 1, 2025 – Mon, Jun 30, 2025) is coming up soon. It's celebration is truly colorful - especially in my location (San Francisco). When I do a search on Zazzle for "Pride Month" (131,249 results) and then click on the "Queer" icon I'm landing on the first page of 11,535 results. The first two items are great designs and then dark night takes over (24 out of 60 products on the very first page in fact!!). Dear Zazzle, please employ an AI program and weed out those spammy listings. Everyone (customers, creators, referrers and Zazzle) would benefit if we could find lots of awesome designs - especially in the first screen shot of a search result page. Because otherwise this is just simply depressing. 😞

Hi All. If you have gothic style invitations or products, the person below is taking your images and putting them on pinterest and linking to their own website to promote their own product/font. I recognize quite a few from Zazzle. Just wanted to give a heads up. https://www.pinterest.com/smatkovdima98/gothic-wedding-fonts/

So, I know I’m not the brightest crayon in the box when it comes to math .. but looking at 2 very similar sales, only 5 products apart, both priced the same on their respective product pages, yet one customer paid considerably less .. neither product on sale … plus the math does not seem to add up for me .. according to my math, I should have made $38.05746 on the $160.58, and $.45 on the 5% totaling $38.50846 on the one and $25.06275 on the other sale of $105.75 . And why are these 2 sales only 5 cards apart but a difference of $54.83.. thats a huge difference for only a 5 card variance. What am I missing here?

With the recent changes here on Zazzle and their negative effect on royalties, I would like to give some insight. I have been selling digital invitations for over 10 years. I am very familiar with Etsy and Zazzle and what works for me and what does not. Here is a quick comparison of my sales in April 2024 and April 2025: April, 2024 on Zazzle: Average Royalty per sale was $5.17 April, 2025 on Zazzle: Average royalty per sale was $3.68 April, 2025 on Etsy: $5.91 per sale (after all fees - including marketing) If I include "self-referrals" here on Zazzle, my average does bump up to $4.57, but that is extra time I am putting in to advertise. I do not have to do this on Etsy, as Etsy does it for me, I just set my daily advertising budget and they handle it from there. Totally worth it in my opinion. Etsy does not charge me 3rd party fees, as I am already paying my chosen budget of $1.30 per day. You can adjust to whatever works for you. $1.30 per day is much more reasonable than $1.49 per order (on average), which I am now paying here on Zazzle. Etsy also offers multiple dashboards, which I find incredibly helpful. You can view your shops stats by day, week, month and year. You can see how many views your shop and each item receive, as well as revenue. They have graphs, so you can see overtime how certain items are doing. Etsy also has a section called "how shoppers found you," where you can view exactly how people found your shop or item, as well as how you brought people to your shop. This is extremely helpful for sellers, so you can see where to focus energy. I am not saying Etsy is better than Zazzle, I am just saying these things are helpful. I am hoping Zazzle can find a way to get royalties back up for sellers, as it will not be worth it in the long term to be investing time and energy into this platform, when the same time and energy could be put elsewhere and receive more in return. Lastly, it doesn't feel "fair" that ambassadors receive such a large portion of each 3rd party sale, as the designer is putting in much more time. I haven't delved into Etsy's ambassador program, but I do know that I am not losing money on 3rd party sales. My royalties stay the same, no matter how the customer was brought to me. This is my two cents. Hoping for positive change going forward. Thanks, Kim Wilhite

I know nobody likes to hear negative things, BUT I think this needs to be said. I don't think I am alone in this feeling. It is becoming a full-time job keeping up with Zazzle's changes and all the things they want us to do to create a product. 1. The new collections, they are so hard to understand, and Zazzle said they were putting out videos to help us understand but hasn't. Nobody that I talk to gets the meaning behind the different choices like cross sell is obvious but then the rest of the choices sound pretty much the same. 2, All the different covers for everything is overwhelming. Multiple cover photos, cover videos, collection media photos, banners and cover photos. OMG seriously, it's overwhelming, can anyone keep up? Then to tell us to do it then send us emails telling us we did it wrong and Zazzle will go in and just delete photos it doesn't like. What a waste of time for us. What about us old-timers who have been with Zazzle for over a decade who have hundreds of collections already? We can't be grandfathered in? We are going to be punished for sticking with Zazzle for so long? 3. Only cover photos on the first couple pages of Zazzle. So creators who have been on Zazzle for years helping YOU GUYS make money, are being punished now because they have created hundreds or thousands of products that now you expect them to go back and make photo covers for. While new creators who happened to join at the time and learn they had to do this will take forefront. So this means our popular products that we worked hard on and have been selling, will no longer be featured and won't sell anymore. 4. The Chat box for creators at the top of the page. There should not be this. This is not most people's full-time jobs and nobody leaves Zazzle on to see when they get a message 24 hours a day. There should be an "email" option, so it doesn't appear that we are on live chat 24 hours a day to answer customer's questions. Not to mention almost every question is about shipping and manufacturing, which is not our gig to begin with. Another time waster. And customers get mad when they don't get an answer right away and just get sent from one place to another to ask questions. I have a youtube channel where all I do is promote Zazzle and give tutorials. I have loved Zazzle for many many years, way over a decade but it's becoming so consuming. I get hammered with so many questions every day because nobody understands anything Zazzle is doing and there are just so many steps to making a product, a collection, category and all of it. Just so overwhelming. So confusing and so time consuming, only to be constantly told we are doing it wrong. I can go on, but honestly it doesn't feel like anyone cares anymore. This is the first time I have thought about just walking away from it all. I have loved creating on Zazzle for years, but it has just become so frustrating like you guys are constantly knocking down us creators in one way or the other, it's become impossible to stay positive about it all.

Can Zazzle offer standard size bookmarks (2” x 7”)? Currently the only option I can find is a mini bookmark (1” x 3), which is tiny. Thanks!

I received the form from Zazzle, but some data is wrong: Wrong date of birth, wrong TIN number and additional useless code in the address. My W8-BEN I submitted was correct. I really do not know what someone is trying to do. I reported and still waiting for updates and about what happened. I explaned also other things going wrong on my Zazzle account to support and I'm waiting from long time. I explained things much times, not only to Zazzle. Someone believe it please... Thanks

I recently purchased one of my own products from my shop. It was a sticker (single) which was about 2.00 plus shipping. Currently I have about about $24 in earnings as I'm not very active anymore and overall sales are low. The amount taken from my earnings was very low not even $1. My question is why so low? I don't pay much attention to the platform anymore as I'm busy with other things and ultimately would rather just use my earnings and close my stores. Thanks!

I loved the new page that appears after posting a product. It is more compelling not only to post your new product on social media but also makes it more attractive to download the image to create a mockup. I just feel it is more friendly and easygoing. Thanks!

But I see to much things going on my disfavor. If they are not just human errors, it is very inappropriate. I explained things much times, not only to Zazzle. Someone believe it please... Thanks!

Hi everyone, I recently received an email from Zazzle confirming that my W-8BEN form has been accepted and processed. However, when I check the Payment History and Payment Settings tabs, there are no updates or changes reflecting this. I’m wondering if this might be an error on Zazzle’s side, or if their system simply needs more time to update? If anyone has experienced a similar situation or knows more about this, I’d really appreciate your insights. Thank you in advance!

I'm wondering if I'm alone in feeling like my store and products are getting less visibility on the Zazzle marketplace? I recently had several of my editor picks removed from my store and I haven't had any of my products featured or promoted in quite awhile. It seems as though Zazzle has taken a different approach to marketing their designers and it doesn't seem to favor the lower level (bronze or basic pro) stores. I'm feeling quite discouraged by this, especially because I have recently have had several of my designs replicated by these higher level stores. Their designs seem to be showing up higher in the search already, even though they are new to the marketplace and mine have been selling for months. Can anyone relate to this? I'm wondering it's best to just walk away from the platform at this point.

Hi, To anyone in Zazzle: I submitted my updated W8- BEN form about 9 days ago to the following email: zazzle-w8@zazzle.com, I did it because I wasn´t sure if the validity of the previous one ( It was sent in november 2023) was 2 or 3 years. I haven´t got any response at all besides the auto response, which stated "With the current pandemic, we unfortunately have a very reduced number of team members to assist with processing these requests. Please expect a 2-4 week delay for review/reply." Which pandemic?????... So I sent an email to zazzle support a day ago and not even an auto response from them. So please, I would like to know the status of my W8- BEN form and when my issued payment will take place. I will appreciate an assertive answer and solution. Thanks
