Why is it necessary to have Other designs from this category directly under our products? 58 products are viewed in Other designs from this category before the customer can see my collection or learn more about my product design. Other designs from this category are a method to take the customer away from the product link that brought them in the first place. So many designs from other designers populating directly under the product have the potential of hurting the designer's sales. I work at promoting my products 7 days a week for a minimum of 8 hours and do not like the other designs from this category on my product page...you are taking my customer away, its like saying "you might like this pillow better" You can only see Other designs from this category when you are signed out of your store.

Hi, To start off, I'm aware that it is unrealistic to make $100+ a month. Because I have issues with anxiety, I'm content with slowly putting products up until I feel confident I have enough variety for the target audience (kids). But let’s say I have reached a point where I feel confident enough to go all out on the marketing: I see that Zazzle doesn't seem to have any marketing programs, so that's out of the question (correct me if I'm wrong). I've thought about TukTok, but I'd rather know if anyone else has had better luck with other platforms? I've heard that Pintrest is randomly banning people for no reason. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Hello, I'm wondering if sharing on Pinterest is working for you (since there have been a lot of interruptions with sharing, so I hope it's a coincidence and that the links work for us, so that we can also sell something we shared), in the sense: have you sold anything from the beginning of April to today, regardless of whether it was something from your store or someone else's, and is it shown in your report? Just wondering how these Editors Picks work. I don't have any products chosen so far, even though I see other Z Pro stores like mine with several photos (if not dozens) chosen so far as Editors Pick. Statistically, it's quite impossible not to have anything 'nice' in the store or so I think. How often do they check for new products that are being created? Having items chosen to be Editor's Pick does not guarantee more sales as it is in the end a matter of choice for each customer to purchase what THEY like but still, going forward with the store and towards the Bronze badge soon (hopefully) it would be nice to have some of my products chosen as Editors Pick.

In 2019 I told one of my best friends: I’ve sold one thing on Z. Two or three days later, I sold something else. Well, then it became many things every day, and it was very comforting to see that my work, my effort, and my consistency were being recognized. Now I have to say it again: I’ve sold one thing on Z, and I’ll have to wait another two or three days for the next one. It’s been 7 full days without a single sale. I posted a request in the suggestion section that Zazzle host a webinar to share with the creators on this wonderful platform what we need to do to be seen. I can't be the only one who has been hit with a sharp dip in sales and views. I just looked at my link over history and I've gone from 200+ clicks a day to 8. Obviously something has dramatically changed in how our pins, and social posts with our links and affiliate links are being seen by search engines. Is Zazzle now giving more weight to Titles over Tags or vice versa? Are our old links no longer working with the new Ambassador program? I'm sure Zazzle wants all of us to succeed rather than just a small handful that know the recipe to the secret sauce and charge $$$ to share it. Shouldn't all the creators know the best SEO practices preferred by the Zazzle algorithm so we can all sell more?

Can we discuss the possibility that Zazzle might be discontinuing the printing and mailing of single-piece invitations now with digital downloads option? Recently, I’ve noticed an increase in orders for these, and I feel it’s unfair for customers to exploit this system by taking our designs and reproducing them elsewhere. Now that digital downloads exist, I find it completely pointless to offer the option to purchase just one physical invitation.

Hi Zazzlers - Just curious if there is a way to stop the Captcha from popping up? As I post products, it triggers harder and harder Captchas (sometimes 4 or 5 tests/images) to get through to publish a product. Is this normal? I tend to work in productivity blocks instead of a few things each day, so it's just very challenging to be productive with the constant Captchas. To Zazzle Admins: I wish there was a way for us to be verified as human once and as long as we're signed in to our creator account that it doesn't trigger the Captcha at all unless we've broken rules or done something wrong. Would love your thoughts and expertise!

I haven't received my Zazzle notification that my royalty commissions for the previous month of April have yet to be posted to my PayPal account. This is usually done on the 15th (of each month.) It's now the 16th and so far no payment. Anyone else missing their April commissions via PayPal or check?

Is anyone making any money on Zazzle? I'm don't know I was selling some then all this crazy fee things stole most of my profit. Just cannot not see how to earn any money doing this. The fees, other people can steal my profit not to mention at the end of the year I will have to claim this income on my Income taxes. If anyone is making any real money, please let me know how too. Hi, I'm not receiving any views recently, and i'm focusing more and more on SEO than I was before. At first, I would copy one title for all the products, put the name of the product, do all the wrong things, and I've got a few views, but now, I'm creating like 14 different titles, descriptions and tags all the time, and seems like the website thinks I'm spamming, even if I'm totally not, I have no views anymore. All my designs are unique, made by me, all the titles, descriptions and tags are thought out, my shop is complete, I have created photos for each page (collections, categories...), have deleted all the products that I wouldn't sell, have done everything that people say online to do. Any tips?
