Just a thought > If you’re selling designs, your About section should clearly state how those products are made. That includes photography, painting, digital editing, licensed artwork, or any other toolset. Customers deserve to know what they’re buying and creators should be upfront about their process. I’ve noticed some recent pushback around how people create their products, especially when certain tools (AI) are involved. What’s frustrating is that the same voices asking for filters or disclaimers rarely explain how they make their own designs. That’s a double standard. Stylus tools, Photoshop, and layer-based editing are treated as acceptable. But if someone uses a different toolset (AI), suddenly it’s flagged or questioned. Why? I don’t hide behind vague terms. If you’re using Photoshop, Procreate, or stylus-based digital tools, that’s digital art. If you’re using AI, that’s digital art. If you’re layering stock elements without attribution, that’s a conversation we should be having. My store is built on clarity. I create every product myself from the photography and layout to the design and text. My About section spells it out. I don’t mass upload. I don’t outsource. I don’t hide my process. If we’re going to talk about transparency, it should apply to everyone. If you’re using templates, stock elements, or editing software, say so. If you’re building from scratch, great say that too. This isn’t about gatekeeping. It’s about being honest with customers and fair with each other. Isn’t it fair to expect transparency from all creators whether they’re using original photography, painting, digital editing, licensed artwork, or AI tools?

I was scrolling through leggings at marketplace today and discovered that there is a blind spot in the mockup designs and that blind spot is probably costing creators sales. When leggings are shown styled as activewear / fitness the customers may scroll past thinking “I have enough workout gear” I am not sure why creators don’t show the legging or tank top in different mockups such as a casual shopping at the mall or work at the office look. In my opinion I think showing the mockups styled with different fashion looks would help sell the top or legging. (Attract another customer) not just activewear. Isn’t it better to sell a possibility, with your mockup by showing them “this legging isn’t just activewear” In my opinion I think you might sell more leggings and tank tops if you showed the customer how to put together the casual, business, or date night look. ( I am adding 3 fashion look mockups to products to show customer how to create a unique style) I want to create a need for a product, I want to sell style, plus active or jean looks. Has anyone else noticed an increase in traffic from these countries? Over the past 30 days, I've seen a huge increase in new visitors from Singapore (up 5,000% in the last 7 days and 42,000% in the last 30 days, according to Google Analytics). Similar increases from China (1000%), Hong Kong (9000%). NB: Visitors from Hong Kong are coming via zazzle.co.jp. Phone farms and AI-powered crawlers?

Hello -
I am a little frustrated because so many of my designs are being copied or parts of my designs are being copied and resold on Etsy or Zazzle. I just came across a shop that is selling VERY similar items based off of a design in my shop. What can I do? I work really hard to come up with unique designs and it takes a ton of my time. It probably took me two weeks time to perfect this specific wildflower design.
This is the shop: <removed by moderator>
These are the items in my shop: https://www.zazzle.com/collections/wildflower_birthday_party-119208787755729053
It is frustrating because I know Zazzle checks each listing before posting and allowing someone to sell items. I know there are millions of items for sale, but sellers should not be getting ripped off like this.
Thank you for any insight.

For the last month they have been giving 40% discount for business card purchases. It's killing my royalties on my sales. I was shocked when I saw the 40% off. No wonder my royalties have dropped. I figured it would be over on the 1st, but it's still there. Any one know when this will end? The majority of my income comes from business card sales.

I am in the UK so how would I know if my W8ben form is still valid? Do Zazzle let you know when it expires? Do they carry on paying but withhold tax? If they are withholding tax, how would I know? Puzzled from Britain.😁

I am bronze level, but never received a free Business card code in my email in for 2024. (it drops in email sometime between thanksgiving and valentines usually 2023-2024) Nothing. I have received it in years past, after I reached Bronze level. Is that perk still happening? Will it happen for 2025?

I'm constantly surprised by your product prices. I seriously wonder how this is justified? Take the mugs, for example—the prices are outrageous! You can get brand-name porcelain for that. I could understand it if it were full-surface printing. But the design placement is so limited, and sometimes you can't even use the entire surface. On the Favor Jars, the print band doesn't even go all the way around. There's a gap. It's incredibly embarrassing! And the scented candles, $40? Seriously? That's a cheap glass jar. You can get them at any discount store for $3. Even if the personalization argument is valid, and maybe that's why they find buyers, the price is still completely exorbitant because the printer doesn't care whether it's a name or just a pattern. So, there are cups, including espresso mugs. Great! But where are the saucers? Or even porcelain plates? That's so sad. But that's just a side note. My real concern is the prices and how low our earnings have become. What I love about Zazzle is the enormous product variety. You won't find that anywhere else, and that's what makes Zazzle unique for me. That's why I'm still here. But it's becoming very worrying when prices for buyers keep rising while commissions for designers plummet. Especially considering the current economic and political situation in some countries. I hope you still have a good time, stay creative, and don't let the madness of this time get you down. All the best grafXthings

I just watched a video that talked about creating multi-item listings (on Etsy), and I’m wondering if that’s a feature we can get on Zazzle. The idea is that once a customer clicks on your product listing, they will be able to access - and choose among - several variations of your product without leaving your listing. It’s different than simply clicking on a color variation button because each design in the listing can be different - for instance, a baby’s first Christmas design, but each design is unique, and not just a color variation. This has the potential to increase the chance of making a sale. Zazzle, is this a feature you can add to the Design Tool? Thanks!

Why do you all take away earnings from people's accounts? There is no noble reason you can come up with. Even though my account doesn't sell much, primarily because i don't actively promote ... you have been receiving free advertising from me for years without even being worth much. You want to charge me for associating with you? What real value does Zazzle even have? (Rhetorical Question) The fact that you take away earnings from people that bring you attention is pure evil. despicable. Your site is so hard to take seriously as it is from a promoting standpoint.
