Hi Creators - Our team is aware of the situation and is actively investigating. Please continue to report and block any suspicious accounts and refer to this help article for guidance on handling spam: https://www.zazzle.com/hc/article/how_to_deal_with_chat_spam_on_zazzle_a_comprehensive_guide_for_cre...
Please note that Zazzle will always contact you directly (outside of chat) if there’s ever an issue with your account.

Where do we report and block? I think mine may have been removed? Not sure, it is visible when I click on the email saying I still have a message on zazzle but when I log in my account through chrome it is not there.  I haven't clicked on it but I can't find anywhere on zazzle to report and or block so where do you do that? Thanks!

At the full view like on my notebook, on the "details" part of a message, right corner, the "..." points, there is the hidden function. But on a mobile device I can't open this feature. And from my country, the App doesn't work.
Some messages are great, you get a lot of emails, but after reports you don't see them on the full view. After some days, they were back. I lost the power to check messages...

Same thing happened to me. I added a note below about the potential for some kind of an address redirect since I only saw the message when I used the email link, and it wasn't on Zazzle otherwise. Per my note, I found a malicious file when I ran a security scan right after that. All I did was click on the link on the email...once...

It's a little bit bad that there is no way as this forum to inform Zazzle directly about this spam messages. It should be, because some of us try to be as fast as possible there for real clients, but more and more spam messages flood the messages and for me it started being useless to even check the message option.

Sorry, little mistake. It's possible to block and report the message, using a laptop or pc. Mobile use of the app as a German user is not possible. So, getting messages means I have to start a computer to be able to block a spammer.

Nevertheless, the chat option is somehow a try to implement some communication between designers and clients, but, it seems important to rethink this option because for the foreign use, it's still not really working and more than spam, I don't get.

And just an extra heads up that they may be doing some DNS redirects... I received an email last night saying I had a new "message" in my account. I already had my account open and did not see the message. All of the links on the email checked out, so I clicked and found a message similar to the ones shown out here, but it said I needed to update payment information and my account was suspended until I did. The message itself had a potentially malicious link. When I closed the page, the message would still not show up in Zazzle again. It had to be a server redirect. They were unable to fake the Zazzle badge at least, so that alone was enough of a red flag. I immediately changed my Zazzle password and and ran a security scan. For the first time ever, my security software found a malicious exe file it had to quarantine. Yikes!

Thank you to all who have reported this. I received one of these emails from Zazzle stating that I had a message waiting. I read it on my phone, clicked the link, and read the same message as above, thinking it was spam. I then signed in on Zazzle from my PC, and the message wasn't in my chat box. I sent an email to Zazzle support with screenshots. I ran the antivirus on my phone, but did not find anything. I will change my password now.
