Category Product Limit?

I have created many new products in the last few weeks and they are not showing up in my categories. I know there is a limit in collections but thought that categories had no limit. My puzzles category and my Art Note Cards category are not showing new creations made over a week ago. Is there a limit?

I wonder if there's some issue with categories right now. Over the weekend I created a new category in my store for wallpaper. I added all the wallpaper products I had created. In the backend I can see they are all in the wallpaper category, but when I go to my public storefront the category is empty.

Update, I have sent a query to Zazzle about this, will post answer when I hear back.
