Cheques not received

So I got a total of four checks generated  from zazzle, but I only received the 2nd cheque, three of my cheques are missing(1st, 3rd and 4th). Also the only cheque I received was in the March, I submitted that to my bank but it's been 5 months that cheque is still not deposited into my account. 

My questions are;

1) What should I do about the lost cheques as they are lost from months now.

 

2)what should I do about the only cheque that I have received but still waiting for the payment to deposit into my account.

Just Email the Zazzle that you have not received the check and they will cancel. I havel also canceled my 3 checks.

@Creative_Eman Ideally you should reach out to zazzle directly as they are the only ones that can answer questions regarding payments.

 

Thanks for replying, I wanna know do they cancel checks and send them again?

@Creative_Eman I think they do but am not paid by checks so can't say. Contact them directly and ask

How long it took for your cheques to got cancelled? I have been waiting for 10 days to get my cheque cancelled and still nothing happens . 

Typically, the missing check file is reviewed and processed at the end of each month, so any missing checks are cancelled around that time.
