Customer haven't received the order but system says it's delivered and tracking no doesnt work
She placed order on Sunday

I wouldn't try to troubleshoot these sorts of situations since you have absolutely no ability to do anything about it. Just apologize, explain that you don't play any role in producing or shipping the products, and refer the customer to support. I usually say something about Zazzle's 100% happiness guarantee, assure the customer that the support team will make it right, and then include the country-appropriate link for contacting customer support. Getting in the middle of it just adds an extra layer of confusion and frustration for both you and the customer (been there, done that, and I'm not doing it anymore! 😅)
