Designs disappeared

I was uploading some designs yesterday and today on my store, and suddenly they disappeared. What is the reason behind that? I am new on zazzle, can someone explain or give me any idea of why this occured?

There is another forum post where a few people are reporting the same problem .... and mine just disappeared before my very eyes a minute ago too, so it must be as technical issue on the site. Just wait a bit and I'm sure it will be fixed.

I see, i hope they can fix this. I thought for a moment my designs got banned but I couldn't think on any reason for them to get banned. Hopefully they are back. Ty for your response.

I have many products missing in my shop too. Like over 40. Some I recently uploaded some older.

Yeah this seems to be happening to a lot of us or everyone suddenly? While I am sure its a glitch, the question remains is are our products going to be restored?

This was a big snafu a while back where products were deleted due to an issue with a font that was widely used that could no longer be used here, and those products were never restored. Some of them were peoples best sellers too.

While this isnt the same thing, the worry remains.

Yep, last couple of posted products are completely gone from the backend for me. I can find them as I had sent the links to a customer, so they aren't completely gone. Just not showing in my backend.

Over 70 Plus products I created from 2/3 on are missing. Saved images show them, my sections are there, but no products showing that were created from  2/3 on.

Yes, I noticed the same for few of my products too, designed in these days. Hope to see them again.

Yeah same for me ... AT firts i thought they got banned but i didn't think there will be a reason to ban them .. Hopefully they'll fix this error soon

All after February 2 design uploaded, disappear, those are inside the collection are still there, but they don't appear on the market or product search.  zazzle is in deep trouble right now, I don't feel like uploading anything, they would just disappeared.

I'm having a nervous breakdown because over 150 new designs that I created over the past week  are suddenly missing overnight... I hope someone will update us. 😱 

Yeah! Same happened with me .. I just don't know what to do know ? In the current situation , i don't think i'll post anything  . Hope they'll fix it soon.😊

Yes, I've also observed this issue with some of my recently designed products. I'm hopeful that they'll be reinstated soon. Looking forward to their return.

Every single one of these products went missing out of the backend of my store today, but as you see they're still in the collection and the MP. I was and am adding them to the collection as I post them.

A word of warning

3 of the 5 table runners that I made last night have disappeared out of my collection and the MP.

Now I'm not sure that I will make any more products until this issue is cleared up. I wonder if customers creating products to buy will see them disappear before the products are manufactured.

I'm also waiting for an approval of a design "Blocked" on "Under review" from more than 1 month. It's a very simple graphic on a cap where only embroidery is available, I do not undersand why it requires so long time for approval.

It's most likely an issue with display; I'm sure all of our designs are still there...just not showing in all the places right now. I think we need to be patient on this one; California is experiencing some major problems right now. Praying for safety for all.

I had a few go missing too, but I know they are there.  I was able to go into the conformation e-mail and click on them to get to the product pages.  I then added them to the appropriate collections.  They show on the collection just fine.  So whatever it is it's just some kind of glitch.

A couple of days worth of mine are missing also.  Today's new creations seem to be staying around for now!  Hopefully they will reappear soon!

I found a few of mine that were missing by clicking on similar products I have and going to the "Other designs you might like" section. After clicking on the missing one, I went to "Edit Details" at the top, check the "agree to terms" button, and submit. The item then reappeared in my products list. I hope this helps someone!
