Grouping

I have a collection where I created 2 color options and followed the guidelines of not moving or changing anything except colors, and only changing tags/titles as applies to the color difference.  The article said it could take up to 24 hours, but it's now been a few days and they have not grouped.  I then tried the manual requesting of items to be grouped which said it may take up to 48 hours which it has been at this point, and those items are still not grouped?

02-22-2023  You can manually request your products to be grouped if you wish however, they should automatically be grouped together provided each product is the same product type and is featuring the same design. We are currently experiencing a delay with product groupings, it is being worked through at this time.

I'd suggest we all help each other by not submitting any manual requests and further building up that backlog. Give the system adequate time to catch up and maybe we'll get back to things being automatically grouped in 12-48 hours.

My suspicion, if it does catch up, it will be months before we see any movement on those products from summer of 22 start to group.

I am so glad this is being resolved. I contacted customer service with this issue over a month ago and never received an answer.  I received a response, but unfortunately it had nothing to do with my contact reason. lol

I am so glad that I know about the forums now.

Has anyone had any of their items grouped? Is anyone using the group option or just hoping that this will be resolved automatically?

Not since last summer have my items been grouped.

I am so glad that it's not just me. As a new creator, I couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong and when I contacted CS, I became even more confused.

This community is so fantastic!  Hopefully this is resolved soon as it is a function that truly improves the buyer experience!
