Yes, I received a similar message today. This person said that my store Foxxy Tees was suspended because my account information could not be verified. I knew it was spam, so I blocked them and reported the message to Zazzle.

I've had about eight of these try-it-on messages in the last couple of days. Reported and blocked.

Also had a message from a 'Lola Burns' who wants me to email a product's images to her, because 'the photos on the site are not uploaded'.

I suspect this is also a scam to farm my email address and haven't responded further.

Wow, that's a new one! Why would anyone be interested at all in a product they can't SEE on the site?

I also do Postcrossing!

The spammers have been SUPER active the last couple of weeks and they seem to be getting craftier and craftier trying to evade detection. They're trying to look like Zazzle, they're pretending to be customer service and the latest has been trying to look like a customer who has a "question about a product" that Zazzle told them "they have not yet connected the automatic ordering system, so the seller’s email is required, thank you"
PLEASE be careful! Don't click anything.
And I really feel like Zazzle should have a way of blocking anyone from creating an account with "Zazzle" in the title. There are so many flags for our tags and listings when they violate something but for anyone to be able to create an account using their name should be an automatic rejection.

Urgent !!! Scam Alert
I am receiving several notifications, apparently they come from the Zazzle Support team, but they do not seem reliable to me because they send me to a link that of course I did not access. Be very careful with these emails because they can hack your account. I suggest that everyone does not access those links if they send them to your email. It is just a recommendation, the ideal is to contact the help service

I'm being showered with those messages. About 5-6 in the last 48 hours or so.

Reported...but when will they end...and do they have anything to do with my drastic drop in sales? 😞

I also received a lot of these strange mails apparantly from Zazzle. I reported the user as spam. The user address is https://www.zazzle.com/mbr/238568779994610336.

Be sure to use a security suite if you want to check those links.

I got one of these this morning. I was notified by email and clicked through to get this message:

Hello, this is Zazzle customer care. Due to an update to our system, orders on your account are currently suspended. We need to verify your shop. Once verified, your shop will be fully operational. Plеase follow the link аnd confirm your details: <link removed>

I reported it because that URL doesn't look familiar. Also, if I log into my account and go to messages it isn't there. That makes it even more suspicious.

That's happened to me several times and I just figure what happens is that user has been reported by others or maybe has triggered some sort of detection and they're pulled down before we get to the message.
