My payment settings hasn't been updated and I can't receive my earning

Hello, 

I am a Zazzle creator 

Zazzle team  informed me two weeks ago that w-8 form has been processed and that my account has been updated. However, when I looked at my payment settings I see nothing changed. It's written in that they can't pay me because my payment setting hasn't been completed and that W8-Ben form hasn't been collected yet.  I send an email to Zazzle team two weeks ago and no one responded to me . I wonder when the settings will change and when will I receive my payment. Can someone in Zazzle team here respond to me ?

I have sent them another email two days ago and still no response and my payment setting hasn't been updated although my form was accepted, I hope they respond as soon as possible, I don't know why it takes a month for them to respond to emails

I didn't notice problems receiving payment from Zazzle of reported earinings on my Zazzle Creator account.

I was a little surprised some time, when I opted for different customized option for payment, so, simply clicking the button "Request payment..." or specifying the payment threshold amount. I received such a caution/alerting emails from support/assistance and payment was delayed.

There were the options available, I could not understand what kind of strangeness occurred while simply selecting among the officials options on my Zazzle account...

Please consider usually I'm used to work on upwork.com as my online working. It is a different kind of working, just to say that Upwork online platform seemed much more trustfully, but there were some error there too, last years...

My Problem is that they accepted my w-8 Form and they told me they will update my payment settings last month so I can receive my payments but they didn't do that and they didn't respond to the email I sent three weeks ago, their support team is so slow to respond , it takes for them month to respond to any email which is strange and not good for big company like Zazzle. I hope they respond to me so I can receive all of my payments
