No Response for my My W-8BEN Tax Form

Hello, 

I am A Zazzle creator and I submitted (previous one expired) my My W-8BEN Tax Form on May 2. I got automatic reply 

This message confirms that we have received your email regarding your W8/9 Ben form inquiry or submission.

 With the current pandemic, we unfortunately have a very reduced number of team members to assist with processing these requests. Please expect a 2-4 week delay for review/reply.

There is no human response as to whether it's processed or not.

I want to ask Zazzle team when can I expect to get a review for my tax form so I can get my payment ?

Hi @Devang , thank you for your patience. We can confirm we have received your form but as the auto response implies, it will take some time for us to be able to review it and get back to you. We hope this will be as soon as possible. Thanks.

Hi @James ,

I sent my W-8BEN form about a week ago to zazzle-w8@zazzle.com, but I received an automatic reply from Brian stating:
“I am currently out of office and will return on Monday, July 17th.”

I also contacted customer support immediately after that, but I haven’t received a response yet.
Could you please confirm whether my form was successfully received and processed.

I got a response regarding my W-8 form on April 23rd. Said, All information is correct, and the form is submitted. but still shows an error message on the payment page. So when can I expect my payments?

Hi @Pasindu , as the confirmation email advises, your form has been accepted and is queued to be processed, but not finalized yet. "Please note this finalization process can take 2-4 weeks, depending on the processing time with our finance team and the IRS. This just means that your payments won’t be ready to be released just yet.". There is still some processing involved and we hope your account might be ready for payment release as soon as next month. Thank you.
