Not having items grouped correctly

Hello,  

I have 12 invitations that are identical except for the accent color.  Zazzle has grouped some but not all together.  For example, two might be grouped together, another 4 might be grouped together, etc.  I've requested that they all be grouped together, but no luck so far.  

Any advice?

Mark none of my mugs are being grouped. As a rule I always aim to do at the very least a white font as well as a black one. Last time my mugs were grouped was 20th May. I’ve tried requesting grouping but that doesn’t work either. Please can you look into this for me. I’d appreciate that. Thanks. Sue

@Mark this is an ongoing issue for a lot of people for several months now. There is a thread here too:

Both auto and manual have not been working since late May it seems. I had even been e-mailing with Fiona some examples (because I have hundreds of items that haven't grouped) and she sent those to the tech team and they still didn't group.

grouping has never worked properly for me since its inception. it always seems to pick and choose which products to group and never does the whole set
