How to resolve the error that says "the address you've entered does not match the US Postal Service records."

@digitalpri It depends on what setting's you have in your account and your home address. If you live in the US check out https://www.postgrid.com/why-is-my-address-not-valid/ and see if it's just a typo (i.e extra space). If you're not in the US - you need to check your account settings and set the country accordingly

I don't live in US still I'm getting same error that says "the address you've entered does not match the US Postal Service records." I have set my country correctly. What should I do?

You should have your Country set in the Payee Information dropdown

https://www.zazzle.com/my/earnings/paymentsettings and then by completing your home address details and in the Tax Information, select your country too. Submit to save


If this still errors out, perhaps try to complete this on an international domain ( i.e for me it's .uk)

If this fails - you would need to contact zazzle support directly and ask them to help.

I am a UK citizen living in South Africa and I cannot seem to get my payment settings saved without getting this error message: "Hmm, the address you've entered does not match the US Postal Service records. Please double check the following to ensure timely delivery: House or Box Number"

I have entered my address exactly as it is in my PayPal account.

Any advice? And what do you mean by "complete this on an international domain"? Do you mean using a VPN here in South Africa and selecting the UK?

@Tabby Depending on the local domain to yourself as opposed to completing the form on the .com. I'm in the uk so my local domain is .co.uk. I don't use a VPN as I don't need to.

You can log in to any of the international domains using your .com log in details.

Not sure if your problem has been fixed, but I'm guessing it has not as I am in Brasil and I have much the same problem.

I live in the state of Santa Catarina and I set the check box to this, however when I save the details the system changes the state to Acre. 

I have taken screen shots and sent them back to the person who has emailed me to say my payment details don't match, but as yet no response.

Perhaps Zazzle are happy to keep the money they have of mine rather than pay.

No such problems with stock photo sites, Redbubble or Teepublic 😡😠😡

Well as I replied to the support team who initially contacted me on the 29th May with screen shots of the exact problem and as yet they have not even responded to say they are dealing with the issue I have little confidence in customer care resolving the problem.

Hi @stevepaint you can just select "use selected address" once you have selected the correct address. It looks like the system has accepted whatever you have entered. This is a precautionary measure to ensure there were not spelling mistakes etc. The case you have is for W8 and there is delays here. Thanks.

Thank you for your reply James and yes you are quite correct it is related to the W8 form not matching my details. However the problem is related to the software of the site not accepting the inputting of Santa Catarina as my state and changes it to the state of Acre.

 

Hi @stevepaint, Although the site suggests an alternative (what some system tells it it should/might be) address, you can (and looks like you have) select your manually entered address.

While there was some confusion with the systems suggesting an address correction, the delay here is shared. Your form still needs accurate information. Please check your emails shortly for specifics. 

Your problem solved now did you receive your payment.

Still waiting for them to fix the problem, however I feel there is more interest in collecting money from clients rather than paying money out😠

Hey everyone, I've correctly set my country to Morocco, where I currently live, to match my PayPal account. However, when I attempt to save my payment details, the Zazzle system keeps telling me: 'The address you've entered does not match the US Postal Service records.' I am not from the US, so what should I do? Is this just a temporary website technical issue that will be fixed soon? Please Help! 😫

Whenever I go to submit my address it is not getting submitted. It comes in writing.

You can still use the address as you entered it even though it doesn’t match US postal records. For your safety though, you probably shouldn’t post your full address and private info for everyone on here to see. Anybody with a computer can access these forums.
