Paypal Email & Creator Email

Hello Fellow Zazzlers:

I am just about to fill in my information for the payout. However, my PayPal email is different than the email ID I use as a creator or simply for my Zazzle account. Should that be a problem and Zazzle can reject the payments based on that?

I would really appreciate it if anyone with the same scenario would like to shed some light. TIA

In the same scenario here, and it has not been an issue for me. My payments arrive without issue. I did have one time earlier this year when somehow my payment email got changed to my main email address here on Zazzle. I have no idea how that happened. I contacted Zazzle, and they straightened it out. That payment was delayed as a result, but I still received it.

@alissag Thank you for your kind support. I just had a chat with Zazzle customer support and the rep suggested that I should have the same ID to avoid issues.

Customer support gave you good advice, make your IDs match, to avoid payment problems in the future.
