My goose is cooked when it comes to using chat. I tried to verify myself, but no matter how many times I tried, no text came through. I get text messages from elsewhere, so why not Zazzle? Something in the coding? It did appear that a spam had showed up, but I've no way of looking at spam.
Please change things so a person can choose to get verified via email.
EDIT: I finally received a code. It took close to a half hour. Surely things can be sped up a bit.

Hi @Fiona, I have a customer waiting for me to answer in my chat about a design, I have emailed as per the instructions - I am from South Africa +27, and our the code is not available - CAS-9743746-M8L8Z3 ; CAS-9744413-C1N4Z6 - This process should have been phased in, and not immediately compulsory, unless I missed something. The skip button doesn't work, it just resets the progress.

Sounds like from the reply this got resolved, but for anyone else having this issue it's possible that you might have your phone set to not receive texts from unknown numbers (ones that aren't saved in your contacts). You might need to check your text message settings.
