We both have a business and a personal account. The dashboard/front page of our business accounts isn't showing any information including the balance. The personal accounts are fine. The activity page on the business account is fine. I knew the balance so I transferred it to a personal account, and there was no problem. I am sure PayPal will have it fixed by the 15th but you can check the activity page and access your money.

I wasn't thinking. I am using an Android tablet. I went back and checked. The complete page showed when I used the desktop setting.
