When the temporary Royalty Rate lock beings Oct 31st and end December, is that for only existing product for sale or does this including or excluse anything NEW we create for sale, let's say, November 10th? Meaning, can we set the Royalty Rate as usual on new products we create during the Oct 31st to end of December (but can not adjust them again until Jan 1st)?
Below is a copy/paste of the post I'm talking about:

Lock in your Royalty Rates for the Holidays
Hi Creators,
As the holiday season approaches, it’s time to finalize your royalty rates for the peak shopping period.
To align your amazing custom designs with our early-season marketing efforts and ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers, we will be implementing a temporary pause on royalty rate changes. This pause will begin on Thursday, October 31st at 11:59 PM PST and remain in effect through the end of December. The rates set by this deadline will be applied in the following days.
Important Details:
- Royalty Rate Changes Deadline: Please submit any royalty rate change requests by Thursday, October 31st at 11:59 PM PST. After this deadline, we will temporarily suspend royalty updates for the duration of the holiday season.
- Post-Holiday Updates: If you miss the deadline, no worries! You can still submit requests, but changes will take effect starting January 20th, 2025.
- Updating the Year: If you have Holiday content that specifies the year in either text or an image like ornaments, holiday cards and new years gifts, don’t forget to update it to the current/next year. This includes templated text as customers might take for granted that this will be updated when they place an order.
Warm regards,
The Creator Team.

The rate lock means you can't change the rate on existing products. You can set new products to whatever.
