Shortlinks Not Working? (i.e. "custom links" or "short links")

Is anyone else having problems with shorlinks not showing the customization?  I'm modifying a design and opening it on another computer, and the changes aren't appearing on the second computer.  There was an April Tech thread that appears resolved.  Anyone else having issues?

If anyone else is experiencing, someone from support reached out proactively.  That was nice. 😊  So Z is investigating at least my situ, and I'll post an update, if/when one arrives in my email. 💌

If you mean the short URL that looks like this - zazzle.com/z/au9kid8x - that appears in the Share panel after you modify something, then no, it's working for me tonight, copying link from Firefox and pasting it into an anon browser, it opens to the product showing the changes I made.
