There has to be a better way....

I have been going through old products that I created when first starting out here and made the mistake of leaving things on the back of some of my products such as a copyright notice or ugly no longer used logo. Knowing I have use of the resubmit tool at my disposal I've been using this as a tool to correct mistakes on my products.... I'm grateful for Z giving us the opportunity to use this resubmit tool

But... I have at least a half dozen products I resubmitted that I corrected these mistakes on in the past few days and they are now reappearing in the marketplace with the same mistakes I corrected in my resubmit request process.  Maybe my corrections were so small that the review team didn't notice them and just put the product back in the marketplace... just not realizing there were changes being submitted?  Maybe they decided removing my own old ugly logo or copyright notice was not appropriate... although these are my products I should be able to make that judgement call myself IMO.

To help the review team with this type of situation again maybe it would be helpful if there was a "notes box" we could use to let them know specifically what we changed in the event it is not noticeable enough for the reviewers to take notice of?

To help us:  it would be helpful if there were a better system in place for us to be notified when a product has been approved or not approved for resubmit or at the very least have a mark of some sort viewable in the back end for products that have been either approved or rejected for resubmit.  What I tried to do was copy and paste the url of each of my products I submitted so I wouldn't have to hunt them all down by memory and follow up.  Surely just expecting us to happen upon these products again and remember which were submitted and no longer showing the This product is under review... that just can't possibly be the most efficient way for us going forward, can it?

Thank you for listening.

At least you are one of the many who have access to it, even if it seems to be wonky right now.
I and various others are still waiting, with no access, wonky or not.

I was excited when I first saw that they were allowing editing the image but after trying it, it's not worth the bother. They only allowed me to realign text that got messed up, when I wanted to replace it better image of the same design they rejected it. Other PODs let you replace an image with another, no review to wait for, I don't why zazzle can't do the same

The ability to locate the products we've submitted for replacement is vital. I haven't submitted very many, but I've gone nuts a few times trying to find them and then check if the change had been made. Even if they were simply placed "Under Review" would be helpful.

I think it would be a good idea if we could add a notice about what we've changed. It is also important to know that Z does not accept exchanges if the product is in the process of being purchased. No big design changes either. I have been able to change the photo I use for the mockup and filter, erase and align again. I usually know which product has been supported because a copy of the product appears in my saved designs. They are generated automatically and sometimes it won't let me delete them. I haven't reported this because I have to go through a lot of my saved designs and I never find the time to do it 😔

The inability to delete those saved versions of the replaced product design has been reported several times, but if you can locate the thread and post in it to give it a boost, maybe it'll move up a bit in the list of things needing to be fixed.

Hovering over the link shows its form is correct, but clicking on it goes to something totally unrelated in the Ideas & Suggestions forum. Copying it and pasting it into the browser goes to a Page Not Found message. We're in The Twilight Zone. LOL
