Unable to Share Customized Design Link with Customer

I am having trouble with the "Share this with friends and family" link option this weekend and I think there may be a glitch. I helped someone customize a product design from my store but the link I copied from the new share option only works through my account and gives the customer a Request Error. I am seeing the same error when I sign out from my Zazzle account and try to view it.

Not sure how else to share this with her so she can place her order? Hoping this can be quickly resolved!

Have you tried posting the product for sale, set it Direct-only then send that link to her? Would that work?

This product includes a business name and would likely get flagged / cancelled in production if I tried to post it for sale as a customized product, unfortunately.

Direct only doesn't land into the marketplace for other people to purchase - only those with the link directly can buy. If the design doesn't cross any lines as far as IP goes (and the customer has permission to use the business name/logo as it's their business) I can't see it getting flagged/cancelled.

Yikes! That's concerning! I just tested it and was able to see the product with my edits when I was signed out. Are you using this link?

Yes, that is the link I've been using.

I think I figured out the issue...it's the product type I'm trying to share. It requires Zazzle approval to post for sale so I think I'm unable to share it this way. I'll have to post it customized as a new product with generic info and have the customer fill in 👍🤞
