Hi everyone, It's Been more than 50 days almost 7 weeks and I didn't get any answer regarding my w8 ben Form which is disappointing. I don't know what I should do regarding this issue And I'm wondering why my case took that long with not even one answer from the review team side.

Sure, as per zazzle support team they ask to resend a straight picture of my w8ben form, as it was little curved. so i re click and sent to zazzle. awaiting for response, Thanks padraig

We wanted to let you know that your submitted W-8 form (and affidavit, as necessary) has been processed and your account has been updated.

And I have received this email on Jul 3 and I haven't received  any email for process completion.

Please help me with my form and let me know when can I receive my earnings.

I have received email from Zazzle saying

Your Payment Settings Have Been Updated 

We wanted to let you know that your submitted W-8 form (and affidavit, as necessary) has been processed and your account has been updated. Depending on your account balances, requests and preferences, you should see a pending payment process shortly on your Zazzle Payments History tab. Funds are released on a monthly basis (again, depending on thresholds, balances and requests) around the 15th.  

I have received this message on Jul 3rd and today is 10th Aug and my balance is above 50$ and still it's not showing any pending payments in Zazzle payment history.

Please guide me what should I do and when can I receive my payment.

Hi again, I wanted to share with you all that I found an "International Zazzlers United" Facebook group, where other fellow designers help each other with all kinds of Zazzle international questions, including W8 BEN forms. You can join the group by applying. They will ask you for your Zazzle account just to confirm if you are actually a Zazzle international designer. It took one or two days to get my permission to join in. They have been very helpful now that I'm trying to figure out exactly what is wrong with my second W8-BEN form rejection, especially since you can get help from other designers from your own Country... Thought this might help!.. Best of luck!

I had the same problem I sent my W8 BEN  form last week in February I sent four forms all correct Zazzle owes me $128 when I received a reply saying its due to covid that's no excuse I stopped doing designs I don't see the point carrying on. I give International Zazzlers a try Thanks GabrielaG

I would like to add a happy comment here. My w8 form was successfully reviewed and accepted. I took some time but guys do not worry it will be reviewed and accepted.

I would like to thank Padraig for his help and support as well because he accompanied me to correct the mistakes within my w8 form. That's all guys I wish you all get reviewed and accepted soon to be paid.

On a happy note, I finally got my W8 form accepted as well! I would also like to thank Padraig for his kind manner, letting me know where my mistake was and directing me to where I could find the right information to add.  Between his information and some help from the "International Zazzlers United" Facebook group I was able to complete the form correctly this time. Many, many thanks again to Padraig for taking a look at all our forms and answering back. Can't thank you enough!

Hello.
I have been waiting a long time since January to get a reply from Zazzle for acceptance of my W-8 BEN form.
They replied on April 25 for me to fix and then 7 June to say I needed to fix the form again because it did not match exactly.
I have now fixed them so the addresses match exactly on the form and my store as was asked.
I sent emails but still I am waiting since June 7th for a reply so almost 7 months now.
How long is the waiting time as this is very long.
My store has made money and I need to buy food.
Can someone please help me.

I also need help, the last time I was asked to change the form it was just to repeat the word "Madrid" since it's my city and it's also my province.
So I did and sent it on the 21th of May, I had no further response either to my form or to an email I sent asking for help.
