I understand why so many artists I know had gave up on Zazzle... this is not correct at all. We make money and they take it, they should pay our part. After one year, I won't give up on that. But for sure will start looking at other places to sell.

Hi, you didn't understand, I know about everything that is written in your walkthrough, my W8-BEN form is filled out correctly. The problem is not in filling out the form correctly, but in another one.

Hy James!
I submitted my W8-BEN form on May 28th, and they said it would take 4-5 weeks to hear back. It's been longer than that now, and I haven't heard anything or gotten my form approved.
I sent a message to their support team, but haven't gotten a response yet. It's getting frustrating! . Z-Support does not respond. Can you help me or give me advice what i need to do? .

Hello everyone! I've been reading through all your posts since I haven't received a response from Zazzle, except for the automatic one on February 14th. Now, I'm starting to wonder if I didn't fill out the form correctly. I only receive sales royalties, not associate commissions, and I filled out Part II/10 with Paragraph 12-2 and the 5% commission rate.
Additionally, I never received a response regarding my W8-form since 2018, which is when I joined Zazzle. So, I have no idea if it was accepted then, and I have no message on my payment page.
All this time, it's the first time I've reached the threshold payment. So, now with all these problems with the w8-form, I'm starting to wonder if it's worth continuing to create products here.

It's been a year for me. By never paying when they owe me they made my situation so critical. It's awful and so inhuman from them. I just can't believe if they paid me I just could eat. That's so unfair

I did, couple months ago. Someone helped me to correct my W8 form but even tagged, moderators never helped. They just said I will have to wait for an answer...

I'm absolutely horrified by the way they treat us and the number of creators having the same problems. They just do everything they can not to pay us!!!
It's disgusting and against the law... maybe this is the next step? Is there a lawyer on this board? We can maybe do something...
I'm starving because of Zazzle when I have money earned ... a year after I'm still waiting for it. They always find excuses. I think it's just dishonest and robbery...

There is no response from zazzle yet.
I haven't even received the payment.
I sent an email again, but there was no response from zazzle.

Hello, I'm so sorry to hear this... I think more and more they just try to discourage us asking for our money. If you form is ok you should hear from them within 15 days and them have your money sent the next month. I don't understand why they do this.
Unfortunately I've started sending my form in april 23 and I still don't have an answer about the amount they owe me for 23. My form was accepted but they don't answer anymore about this.

I've been patient, but your company's negligence regarding my application is now intolerable.
My repeated resubmissions since August have been met with complete silence. This blatant disregard for our time and effort is not only unprofessional but also financially damaging.
Zazzle owes us a swift resolution and the payment of our outstanding earnings.
If this issue isn't promptly addressed, we will be forced to take legal action.

Hello. I'm sorry to hear this, I know how it feels. That's what they did to me too. And taking months between 2 useless answers they just managed to make it last for so long and at the end they didn't pay me what I was expecting for a whole year!! After a whole year yes! Of course it was too late... but they also NEVER replied at this subject!! Never. I have sent another email and contacted the assistance etc.. to ask, where is my money??? We're coming back to you soon (answer I received after weeks) to then never hear more.... never. They are thieves.

I am writing to follow up on my W8 form submission on May 28, 2024. The initial communication indicated a response timeframe of 4 weeks, but it has now been significantly longer.
I have also contacted Zazzle support twice but haven't received a response.
I understand that processing times may vary, however, the lack of updates is causing some concern. If possible, could you please provide an update on the status of my W8 review?

That's awful. Looks like they're just trying to make it last.. it took a year for me and at the end they didn't pay me what made in 2023. I spent a whole year asking for my money. And they don't answer anymore at all and they never sent it.
Expecting some answers from journalists soon to talk about Zazzle as we are more than 50 in this situation

You serious? are you saying they stole your money? how much did you make in 2023? normally zazzle would hold your earnings, and will only send them all together after your W8 was process.... but I didn't expect this as I read your sentence again.
so you're saying they only send you what you earn on 2024? but forgot about 2023 earnings?

Exactly. I started sending my new form in march or April 23 and as they always manage to answer after weeks and months it lasted and lasted and arrived one year later they played me what I made for beginning of 24 and didn't pay for 23.... and now they often make sure I don't reach 50€ then I spend a month without my earnings being sent. When the orders are from weeks before the 15th of the month and I should have the orders confirmed and all.. it has changed since i complained a lot. Before the confirmation of the order was way more faster and I had more than 50€ on the 15th each months. Much more!!! Looks like my store is kinda hidden.. I'm making 1/3 of what I used to make... 🙄

are you sure? have double checked your mail your spam mails or deleted mails. you didn't accidentally deleted any mails?

I can't tell for others but I can tell you that I've spent a whole year checking spam and etc.. waiting for their answers. Still waiting now ... last answer was about 2 months ago when they said they are transferring my case to someone else...🙄🙄🙄

Thankfully, I finally received a reply from the Zazzle support team! They identified a mistake in my original submission.
I've already made the necessary changes and resubmitted the form. Hopefully, things will go smoothly this time and I'll hear back soon.

I've just had issues with this too. I submitted my updated form last year. But today, I suddenly got an email saying it'd expired and I wouldn't be paid.

I did receive an email asking for revisions over a year ago. I made them and sent the updated copy promptly. I received no more emails at that time and I was paid as normal.
In response to the recent email, I forwarded my previously corrected form, so you can see that I did sign and send it last year. I sent that before I said anything here. I don't know what went wrong, but it wasn't at my end. I've responded quickly to any emails I've received. There are also lots of people posting about this now, so it seems unlikely that we all happened to mess up in exactly the same way at the same time.
Zazzle could really do with looking at how other sites handle this. A tax interview system that prefills most of the form, and accepts a typed signature, means you don't need staff to review each one. It also makes it easy to check that it's been submitted successfully. Currently, we just have to hope for the best.

I need help please. January 9th 2024 Zazzle informed me that my Tax Form expired I submitted the Form immediately and everything was fine I received the payment that month and every month after that until this march. March 13th 2025 I receive the email from Zazzle that my Tax Form expired a year ago. How can that be if the form was accepted in January 2024 and it lasts three years as Zazzle says. So on March 14th 2025 my payment was paused. For the first time in six years I haven’t received my payment. I am writing here and have wrote about this case to several Zazzle addresses in hope for fast action on this subject. I am also tagging @Fiona @James if you can please help me with this, as I am feeling very anxious about this situation.
