Hello all,

Is anyone else having abysmal sales, like way out of the ordinary this month?  I am just very confused as to why I only have two sales for this entire month so far.  I feel like I maybe missed something?

I have found the same situation, and for both products having a cover photo and ones that don't have a cover photo. All the products have sold, all of the searches result in LESS than 17 pages, so they should be in there SOMEWHERE, and they are not. Using the key words and words in the title in the search do not bring them up. And, unless the customer has already seen one of my marketing efforts, they won't have access to the exact title to put into quotes, or the product #. I've reported a few of these in Scott's thread.

Hope they find a resolution soon. My sales are suffering, too.

One of these products was coming up in the #1 spot for multiple keyword + product type searches, signed in or out, both before and after adding a cover. Now it's invisible. It's not a matter of it having been "bumped down" - it's simply gone from the MP.

So this is crazy ...

The product I am referring to above is the same product I was referring to here as Product C back on 2/8. I know that
- it was visible in the MP and ranking very well as of 2/7 before adding a Cover
- I added a Cover on 2/7 and as of 2/8 it was still ranking very highly
- at some unknown date after that I checked again and discovered it was MIA from the marketplace
- it was still MIA as of night 2/23
- checking night of 2/24, it was back in the MP and still with a high ranking
 - and here's the crazy part -> roughly 12hrs later (about Noon on 2/25), someone bought two of them, referrer=None!

So YAY! I feel like it's some kind of cosmic karma, LOL. Like, sorry your item went MIA, here's an order to make up for it 😉

That's good to hear. It must have been in the same place in the MP all along but invisible due to some bug. Instant downloads and mass cover photos are significant changes to the MP so I'm not surprised that bugs were introduced. It's good to see it was merely cloaked rather than removed so fixing the bug revealed where it was.
