Would it be possible to export all our products listed in a store to a spreadsheet (a .csv) which could look like a list of links? So that we could know the exact number of products in each store and have their links and PIDs. That would be very useful for various purposes.

You might be able to get that info from the rss feed. You'd have to do some data parsing though.

Not arguing, just curious. What would you use it for? I have never thought about it.

@CrazyMermaidI use a CSV file with my product data to import products to my website for example. It could be very useful.

@CrazyMermaid  I have a spreadsheet where I keep all my products and that spreadsheet pulls all sales from Royalty History.scv so I can see how a design / product performs; and that is crucial to deciding what to promote and what to get rid of. Unfortunately, human factors hit every now and then, and after deleting some discontinued products I see a discrepancy in what my spreadsheet and what my backend on Zazzle tell me about how many products I have there, and I am no longer sure who has the right number. So downloading a csv every now and then would help hugely (given it has an accurate list of products posted for sale).

@J32Design
Can you direct us with steps on how you were able to pull/export your product data into a csv?

Thanks in advance! 🙂

@FFDreams
I create my CSV currently manually as there is no other option available on Zazzle. I copy and paste data from Zazzle's Rss feed for my stores.

I go to "https://feed.zazzle.com/rss?qs=" and either enter the product ID after the "qs=" or my store name to get the wanted data.

That's too bad 😕
That would make life a bit easier on everyone if they did! lol

I can definitely work with what you gave me though, so much appreciated! 🙂

Oh I wish there was an easier way. Facebook Meta Commerce has made some changes where if you can provide a data source like a CSV file then it will update your shop automatically. Would make like a lot simpler than manually adding items to catelogue.
