Unless I'm mistaken - the file name of images you add to a design shows in the design tool, but the file name of a BACKGROUND image does not. It would be helpful to have the file name to be able to search for that image quickly.
For example - sometimes you've designed a product with only 1 side. When you transfer to a product with 2 sides, you need the file name to put the background on the other side...and without the name you have to hunt.
