Thank you for your continuing efforts to improve the Zazzle experience.
I think it could be helpful to many of us designers if when a customer reaches out to us via customer chat that you prompt them to include the link to the product that they are asking about.
I've had many fun mystery solving conversations along these lines:😎
Can I make this in the color blue? (no product link included)
I need to order this but I need this (no product link included)
Can you put this on a shirt? (no product link included)
As much as we all would like to be able to read the clients minds 😀 it would be so helpful if they included the link of the product when needed. This extra step will help us save time and to help the customer experience.
