Can we please get the in situ images for the thermal tumblers FIXED? This has been an issue from the start, and still hasn't been fixed. There are a bunch of nice mockups, but they are unusable because the images are on the sides instead of front and back! Yes, I know we can work around it and design on the Background layer to fit the in situs, but then when a customer goes to personalize it, and looks at the plain "front" and "back" images, THOSE images will be wrong!

It would be nice to have the ability to add 'Bold, Stroke and Drop Shadow' options to the fonts that Zazzle provides. While some fonts are already bolded I may not want to use those specific fonts for a design I have. For example, let's say I have a really 'busy' design for an invitation. Either a white or black color text may work in terms of standing out. However, I might prefer to use white because the black font appears too harsh against my color scheme. If I use white it does not really pack a punch because the font I chose to use is too light . If I choose a darker font that's not already pre-bolded it still may be too light because of the font. Also, let's say I choose to use a font that is not bolded on another design that's not so 'busy'. I can use a 'stroke' or 'drop shadow' to give it a subtle bold look that will stand out more. In sum, Zazzle has a plethora of font options ranging from bold, italic and script. I appreciate this. However, designers like myself who love typography can only use the fonts provided or otherwise create a graphic image for i.e. a main title. I feel we need more freedom in terms of font customization with the fonts provided to suit our design needs.

By typing "thank you cards" into the Zazzle search bar, a drop-down list appears of various options one can click---and not ONE offers "non-wedding thank you" or maybe "everyday thank you cards" or something like that. I, a designer, wanted to find a page of non-wedding, general occasion thank you cards for a link to add to a social media to go along with a collection I was posting and it was practically IMPOSSIBLE to get away from photo wedding thank you and to find more generalized, everyday sort of thank you's. After trying a variety of search terms, using "any occasion thanks," FINALLY brought me to cute, more generalized non-wedding thank you cards. It didn't used to be so difficult. Not having a search option in the Zazzle list of suggested searches for people looking for non-wedding thank you cards hurts designers like myself and others who DO design cute, non-wedding, more general occasion thank you cards & postcards and you are hurting our sales by NOT offering a way to access them! I'm pretty sure this has been requested before (likely by me 😉) but I've been flooded by requests recently so I'll ask again. It would be SUPER helpful if customers could order place & escort cards with the names and table numbers pre-printed for each guest. Ideally, they'd be able to upload a csv file with the info and the system would merge the data into place. But even if there was a way to sell them in sets of 10 or something where each could be customized separately (sort of like the wine glass charms: Create Your Own Set of 4 Wine Charms | Zazzle) it would be a step up from what we've got now.

Hello Zazzle, please gives us the option for 2x2" square and round stickers to design for business product labels like candle jar, skincare product container etc. This size fits most popular size of candle and skincare containers. The regular 3x3" is too large for this purpose. I hope this request will be considered, Thank you.

I've been dealing with customer service but I don't think my issue/feedback has made it to the proper channels. I ordered some samples of my holiday card designs. They looked great HOWEVER the all-in-one cards were paper clipped. And the paper clip scratched the image on card. Customer service was great about sending a replacement. I get it - and there's another paper clip on there again scratching the card. So I get another replacement; it arrived yesterday with - you guessed it - a paper clip scratching the card. And that replacement was also printed on paper that isn't even an option for the all in one cards (it was on semi gloss and only matte or pearl are offered). I'm at a loss with how to communicate that this is a problem that should be addressed, hence this post. My Zazzle customer service experiences have always been top-notch (truly!) but this is just getting pretty frustrating that the problem isn't being addressed. Appreciate any help getting this passed along and taken care of!

I'm forwarding the request of a customer, who was asking if she could have a second (different) design (sticker) to go on the back of the matchbox favors. Currently, the imprint area of the matchbox favors is limited to a sticker on the front. I smell a missed opportunity here (and possibly, a missed sale, too). 😞 Please consider offering: 1. a second imprint area (sticker) that can go on the back of the matchbox favors 2. stickers in the size of the matchbox favors' design area dimensions (for additional or separate purchase). Can you please make a change to the lamp and lamp shade trim color could you please add "choose your own color" option for the lamp and lamp shade. The trim colors you have are very limited and does not look good with all designs. I would love to be able to put the color code in to match my design like you can with the apron strings. Thank you.

It would be great if we had an option in the design tool to select a particular color by hex code, and then change all of that color on the whole product, whether it is text, and element, or SVG. It would make doing new colorways extremely fast and easy. At the very least, please let us manually select all those elements together at once and still be able to change the color. As it is now, if we have an SVG and text selected together, we can't change the color.

The groovy vibe is currently very popular on Zazzle, and I would love for the platform to offer some cool, retro fonts. While we can currently add retro fonts as an image, it would be much better if customers could edit these fonts within their designs.

Wouldn't it be a great if we could have a way for creators to report really bad end-products in the marketplace to Zazzle? To clarify - I am not talking about the actual design/uploaded image being bad, what someone designs and what someone else thinks of it is subjective, this is not the issue. What I am thinking of is those shops that just spews out images on products without even looking at the finished product. The ones who put a picture in the same small size on a mug and a t-shirt, the ones where a a line of words go outside the design so it is not making sense at all, the wrapping paper with just one small image on it, not repeated, so the rest of the roll is white, just giving a few examples I've seen lately. It is not that I personally go looking for them, they are just show up now and then when doing a marketplace search. Can't help but wonder what potential customers think of the over-all quality of the products sold on Zazzle when something really bad turns up for sale in their own search. I know of other creators also seeing examples of this in the marketplace and those of us who actually take time and pride in trying to create a great end-product for the marketplace just cringe when we come across one of these items. None of the alternatives on the "Report Violation" feature seems to fit this particular problem. Would it not be a good idea to have an easy way for us to report these kind of products?

This is an idea I had not and sure if it is technically possible, but thought I'd suggest it anyway. The reason Pinterest prefer the long vertical rectangle images to squares is because they work better on a mobile phone. Ie they match the dimensions of the mobile screen giving a better experience for mobile users. NOTE: This would also apply to Zazzle customers viewing products on their phones! Our collections when shared on Pinterest look great and suit this purpose as they feature the cover image above then 4 images below. It would be so amazing if we could have the same experience when pinning single products from the product page. The proposal is that the pinned image in addition to sharing the product image it includes 4 of the 'alternative product views' below. Thus satisfying Pinterest's needs for vertical images ( not square). Alternatively (or, as well as) we could have the option to download such an image to then share to Pinterest. Thoughts?

This yellow warning triangle is really annoying.. many of us designers use images that go off the edges intentionally.. I think that designers and customers need their OWN backend.. it just makes designing harder for those of us who are doing this daily.. to have to stop and look for things renamed and moved .. had to locate where my images were.. I don't even know what it was called before, I just know where it was.. now at the top called uploads.. confusing and unnecessary.. the continual chat box bottom right corner.. is distracting.. Please give the designers their OWN SPACE.. instead of making things geared for customers to understand.. please?

We really need the words "return address" to be added to the end of the title for the return address labels. Only the word "label" shows up, which means we have to waste 11 of the very limited 50 characters for the title to add those words. Even just the word "Address" would be an improvement!
