I used to have the Zazzle Earnings app on my phone and found it really helpful for checking sales and referrals quickly. I deleted it by mistake and now I can’t find it anywhere. It would be great if the Sympathy category under Occasions could be changed to Sympathy/Bereavement.  When I think of "sympathy" I'm think of something I need to purchase for someone I know who has lost a loved one like a card expressing my sympathy.  When I here bereavement it means someone you love has passed and you need to purchase funeral cards, thank you cards, memorial keepsakes, etc.  I know it might be splitting hairs and I'm pretty sure anyone who makes things for funerals already puts their items under Sympathy, but I think changing it to Sympathy/Bereavement would make it clearer to the buyer.  Just a thought! ... I'm not sure what's going on, but I've been totally slammed with shipping inquires recently - three so far this morning. I really think that calling us "creators" has made this problem worse.  I would love it if Zazzle could allow us to craft an instant auto-response to clarify, but since that might be difficult, perhaps Zazzle could implement an instant "thank you for your message" note which would clarify that we cannot help with customer service requests, but to stand by if their request is about the artwork/digital template. The current auto-response isn't very automatic so if we're not available to reply instantly, the customer is left hanging, and I think it's very frustrating for them to have to wait hours or days only to find out that we can't help them. Something like this perhaps: Thanks so much for reaching out! Your message has been forwarded to the product creator. Please Note: creators produce the artwork/digital templates, but not the products themselves. If you are inquiring about product specifications, the ordering process, printing, or shipping, you'll need to contact Zazzle's Customer Care team via www.zazzle.com/about/ask. I just noticed a new bell notification. "We think you'll like this store". 🔔 Does it make sense to offer this to creators? I would like to opt out of this and "Designer just created a new collection".  I stopped following fellow creators because of that. I would love to follow them with opting out of notifications (like YouTube has). I can't have notifications full of things I am not interested in. 🔕 Then I don't see the things like "somebody added your item in a collection", new review.. and important stuff like this.  Another one is when somebody gets extra generous (thank you ❤️ ) and gives a lot of Zazzle likes & the notifications are so long it overrides everything else that I might be interested in. Can you make longer scroll bar for notifications?  I would really love to have different options for notifications.  💡If I think about it all, the easiest solution would be at least a longer scroll bar option. Happy Monday! On the back end, in addition to the "Total Views (Most to Least)" and "Newest to Oldest" please add the options to sort products by "Least to Most" Total Views and "Oldest to Newest." This would be very helpful for quality assurance and promotional activities. I have more the 10,000 products and I have not been able to figure out a way to view/review the oldest products and those views least. This is an idea I had not and sure if it is technically possible, but thought I'd suggest it anyway. The reason Pinterest prefer the long vertical rectangle images to squares is because they work better on a mobile phone. Ie they match the dimensions of the mobile screen giving a better experience for mobile users.  NOTE: This would also apply to Zazzle customers viewing products on their phones! Our collections when shared on Pinterest look great and suit this purpose as they feature the cover image above then 4 images below.  It would be so amazing if we could have the same experience when pinning single products from the product page. The proposal is that the pinned image in addition to sharing the product image it includes 4 of the 'alternative product views' below. Thus satisfying Pinterest's needs for vertical images ( not square). Alternatively (or, as well as)  we could have the option to download such an image to then share to Pinterest. Thoughts?   ... We used to have Phone Wallets many years ago, but were discontinued. I did a search and found one style for an iPhone 8. We need phone wallets for the new models, at least for iPhones. When switching from the circle/square metal keychains to the rectangle shape the default is vertical. If the image is horizontal the customer needs to click through and access the design tools. It would be easier if they had a check box on the main page that gave a horizontal option without needing to access the design tools. Thanks for considering! ... View more

I think many of us would find it interesting and fun if we allowed a place for our customers to display their customized product. It's always a mystery what our customers actually do with our templates and I think we could all maybe even learn something from seeing the finished designs. This could be done two ways: either displayed only on our backend for us to see what our product looks like finished and customized or in some public forum where all can see? Of course they would have to check off a waiver box allowing their designs to be publicly seen but I don't think they would mind and if they do... they just choose not to but lets give them the opportunity. And I wonder if it would be an option to have a link back to our original product or display the original and the customized product side by side to show how creative they were with it? Hello! I am a huge fan of wristlet purses, and after receiving a small accessory pouch I ordered, it is the perfect size! It would be so easy to add this option simply by adding a detachable small strap that could fit around your wrist. This detachable strap could be an "add-on" option to the product or simply a separate listing with the strap more permanently attached. When new products are added to a collection, they currently appear at the bottom of the page, requiring creators to either manually drag them upwards, which can be cumbersome. Furthermore, a customer who is browsing a collection, needs to continuous scrolling down in order to access the new items. To enhance user-friendliness, proposing the implementation of a straightforward dropdown menu on the collection page. This dropdown could be positioned at the top right, just below the banner image and next to the 'Share' button. The dropdown would offer the following sorting options: - Sort by Newest - Sort by Relevance/Popularity - Sort by Price Low to High - Sort by Price High to Low This approach would simplify the process for customers to view and access the desired products within the collection, ensuring a more enjoyable browsing experience. ... It would be nice if designers could submit their best work to editors pick. The few editors picks I have are definitely nor my best work and I feel like my good stuff gets overlooked. That way it would make it easier for editors to sort through products and find good ones to highlight. I think the idea of having a 100 item minimum is good, but I did receive an inquiry from a customer who was hoping to order 150 business cards, but who was disappointed that there only options were to order 100 or 200. I think customizable curtains and shades would be an interesting addition for both the home and for businesses (with branding or mottos). Some ideas might be a family montage, outdoor scenic photography, geometrics, food/drink photography (for the kitchen), minimalist solids, art deco, other retro designs, and more.
