We designers all receive emails from customers asking us to make changes to an order they have placed. I reply to their email telling them to cancel the order and place it again with the correct text and explained how to get hold of Zazzle customer support, but many customers don't always check for responses, they just assume their problem has been taken care of because they sent an email with instructions, so this new order will be wrong and cancelled after delivery, a loss for me as well as Zazzle. Wondering if Zazzle could throw up a "prompt" when a customer initiates an email to designers explaining that designers do not work for Zazzle and cannot make changes to an existing order, but to contact them with design questions BEFORE purchase, similar to what happens when you use the world glitter, lace or metallic....thank you.

Please add a "MORE Products From This Collection" button/link to the end of "Other Products From This Collection" Since "Other Products From This Collection" only scrolls through the top 36 products in a collection it would be nice to have some sort of indication at the end that there are more products in that collection. Or please consider letting that scroll menu keep going till the end of a collection. Some of my collections are a couple 100 products, it would be nice if customers knew there are more to see. Thanks so much for considering!

I think customizable curtains and shades would be an interesting addition for both the home and for businesses (with branding or mottos). Some ideas might be a family montage, outdoor scenic photography, geometrics, food/drink photography (for the kitchen), minimalist solids, art deco, other retro designs, and more. These would make nice coordinates for rugs, towels, decorative tiles, mats/shower curtains (in bathrooms), and more.

Alphabetical orders are critical for many products related to proper names, such as baby names, personal names, school names, town names, etc. Currently, products within a category on the public front can be only sorted by: Popularity (default) Newest Price For a category with names being the critical element of the title, shoppers can't find the products by scrolling through a random mix without sorting products by alphabetical order. Even if you create a super narrow category such as "Names starting with A", potentially there will be hundreds of names with A. In reality, we can't have 26 categories, each with one letter. If we have a category such as "A - D", for example, there will be so many products in chaotic order it not sorted by "Title A - Z". Currently, shop owners can sort these products by alphabetical order but only in the back end. On the public front, products are sorted by popularity by default, making the store such a random mess, discouraging shoppers to browse as they can't find the exact names. Then, after seeing the random mix (sorted by popularity), there is no option for them to sort by alphabetical order. Even if shoppers know the exact names they are shopping for, the search box would be their only means to find products in such a random mix. And it's not ideal, as it eliminates the opportunity for shoppers to browse. I hope Zazzle would implement 2 features: Allow shoppers to sort products by alphabetical order. Most effective solution: Allow shop owners to set which sorting order to be the default, including the alphabetical order. I understanding sorting by popularity is a business strategy for many stores. But this strategy does not work for products where proper names are critical. Only shop owners would know which category needs the alphabetical order as they know their products and their intended shoppers best. Zazzle can still leave the Popularity sorting as a default in the back end, as it is a good practice; but please allow an option for us to present our category in alphabetical order to the public when it makes sense. As of now, we have no such option. Please take this suggestion into consideration! Messy stores are not attractive to shoppers. Many thanks! Best regards, Dandy

Hi! I don't know if anyone has made this observation before since I didn't know how to search for it… Why, after working on our collections—covers, videos, descriptions—do we end up with this unattractive way of viewing the description that doesn’t invite reading at all? I would love for it to be seen with separated paragraphs, bold, italics… everything more aesthetic and pleasing.

I am using the new social media app BlueSky and up until now, I have been able to promote my products by copy/pasting the product URL into a new post, as the "copy link" option does not allow my product photo to post along with the url. So my question is: has there been any thought on Zazzle's part about adding BlueSky to the automatic sharing options like Facebook and Twitter (X)? There are many other Zazzle people on there, also promoting their products.

Within our Collections tab the default shows us 60 collections at a time. We have to scroll to the very bottom to "load more collections". It's pretty daunting (and still adds way more clicking) to keep scrolling down to add another 60 collections for us to view. It would be great to have the "Show 100" or 200 etc. option at the top of the page like the old Collections tab page had prior to the changes. Also when we refresh that Collections page it automatically refreshes to the first 60 collections. Here again, it's more scrolling and clicking to get to the lower tiered collections to work with.

I created a round pillow a few months ago with a background which imitates velvet texture. A customer just contacted me to ask if the pillow would have a velvetty texture, and I thought it would be very interesting to have real velvet option for the pillows fabric. It’s cozy and trendy for home decor! Could you please consider this option ? Thank you! 🙏

Here are a few suggestions to aid with the ginormous task facing creators, updating collections. I've calculated it would take me 2yrs working full time to update all my collections to the degree the options require. This time frame can be reduced with some tweaks and additions and I think given Zazzle want all of us on board with collections, the more we can reduce the massive workload on creators the better for all. My reasons for not doing things by halves and wanting to make the most of your snazzy new features: I love the new collection feature and I love the new media options (LOVE LOVE LOVE! Did I mention I LOVE them!!) but the need to self-market is more pressing than ever due to editors picks dominating most niches (several pages deep) combined with the 'most popular' and 'lowest price' filters not working means there is significantly reduced visibility in the marketplace based on organic searches. The searches I run for popular items just show editors picks and as we know customers do not tend to go beyond the first 5 pages of products. So how do we get seen? Covers and Collections won't bump us above editors picks. Self-marketing has to be a priority and these cover and collection options really help with that and so I want to do my best to make the most of these snazzy new features! Please help me and other creators eager to jump on board with the changes to do so. If you could though help us out on the workload that would be a game changer for all of us and I have a few suggestions I hope you can consider 🙏 Re email to customers: Can we set a generic email that is by default added to ALL our collections and we can 'edit' it if we need to for individual collections rather than having to edit for every single collection. Re collection banners: Can we set a generic 'profile style banner' that is by default added to ALL our collections and we can 'edit' it if we need to for individual collections rather than having to 'create one' for every single collection. Please can you automate the media images so that by default it will add the first 10 product (creator-made) cover images it encounters inside a collection to the media selection (again we can edit if we choose to). Allow us to add products or change default store set by Zazzle for collections: Not being able to do so results in us having to start over creating a new collection and even then we can't add the products we want to add? Please can you remove the thing that stops us from doing so. Please provide us with a mockup generator Please allow transparent backgrounds on our media downloads Please create a database of stock images we can use for covers. Please create a datebase of photos of people we can use for placeholders. Zazzle ... we creators eat, sleep, wash repeat Zazzle. We really do. Your changes are wonderful but they do set off a chain reaction, in that we have a lot of work to accommodate them. I know you're probably already working on some new features because your team is forever creating and innovating, which we value. Please though, consider these suggestions as anything that can reduce our workload means a better experience for creators and as such customers and as such Zazzle. With regards to the databases for images, I am sure if you reach out to the community, WE ourselves could provide you with a range of stock images that could work as per the VIP thing that was in place years ago BUT with images available to download by creators, not customers. Just thinking as I type .... Any more suggestions are greatly welcomed!

I have many discontinued products within my category structure. I'd love to be able to move them to a hidden category so that I may go through them at my leisure and decide whether to transfer their designs or not. Currently there is no option to do this under the Actions tab.

Just downloaded the Zazzle app and found the way collections are presented quite surprising. While I appreciate the creative effort, personalizing each collection page with a background color sampled from the banner or design results in a less than desirable overall look, in my opinion. The eye-catching products are overshadowed by the background, and scrolling through collections becomes distracting. The attention often shifts to the background, diverting the eyes away from the intended focus on the products. I know some people like the look and it’s impossible to please everyone, but there’s a reason why products are typically presented on a white background – it allows the focus to remain on the product itself. Isn’t that what we want? This issue extends to collection thumbnails, where individual colors, often vibrant and sometimes unrelated to the collection, create a chaotic visual experience. Given the recent emphasis on collections to drive more sales, it's unclear how these visual elements contribute to the desired focus and customer engagement. In the quest for a better user experience and increased sales, I propose a shift to a uniform white background for collection thumbnails and pages. Additionally, please reconsider the necessity of collection banners on the app, especially with the current fading effect. It could lead to a more appealing and efficient use of space. Rather than focusing on banners, prioritizing collection descriptions might be a better option.

With Mother's Day coming soon I want to bring up this discussion again. The minimum order quantity for foil greeting and holiday cards is 5. This is ok for invitations and such but not when the occasion requires usually just 1 card. For example a single Mother's Day card (or maybe she would like 5 of the same ones?), birthday greeting, father's day cards, etc. My suggestion is to please set the minimum to 1 if possible. I'm afraid that a lot of customers who first click on a cool gold foil card decide to not buy it because of the min. 5 cards option.

I think designers would be more motivated to make videos if they were seen while scrolling through the marketplace. So when looking through the pages of products in the marketplace (products that have videos as the first item) will have a moving video to attract the eye. Unless I am missing something, the only way the customer sees the videos here on Zazzle is if they are on the product page. But if the videos are visible from the marketplace pages then that could really work for us designers to get noticed and would be a real motivation to create more videos. What does everyone think? I can't understand why this isn't the way it is set up right now. On social media as I am scrolling I see videos and they do make me stop and watch quite frequently, so why not reward those who put the time in to create them by putting them in the marketplace where they will be seen? Just thinking it might make it more worth the designer's time to have the videos shown out there in the marketplace.

The influx of scammers trying (and succeeding in cases) to trick users into giving out secure information is really out of control. I think at minimum blocking outside links in chats will help lessen some of the problem of someone clicking before they realize what is going on.

Any chance fabrics could receive the same level of support as all of Zazzle's other offerings? While not technically discontinued, the product line seems to have been all but abandoned. For some reason, the design tool has never been upgraded to the new version, and the "old" design tool is incredibly laggy (so you can't even see what you're doing or how it will look, you just have to...guess?) and locks up frequently. It also lacks the features of the modern design tool, many of which would be incredibly useful for fabric designs, like removing white from the background of an image. Beyond this, the only in situ for fabrics is quite poor -- it's just a piece of fabric hanging on a wall, which does not present the product in a good light. Most customers would likely purchase fabric to make pillows, curtains, items of clothing, etc. Why not add in situ images on these types of products? Or at the very least, a shot of the fabric on a sewing table, perhaps with a sewing machine, scissors, and spools of thread nearby? Fabric used to be one of my top sellers. These days, I rarely design new fabrics because the technical issues and lack of features associated with the old design tool make things incredibly tedious, with no way to really design or showcase a great product. Is there a reason fabrics can't have the same design options as a similarly tiled product, like wrapping paper? An upgrade to the new design tool, better in situ images, and more promotion on Zazzle's main pages would make a world of difference!

Zippable suitcase covers are used by some travelers to help protect suitcases from scratches and to distinguish one's suitcase from others, e.g. on baggage carousels, on boats, on buses, etc. I just bought a colorful tropical one, and I would have appreicated Zazzle's level of personalization for it. TSA says these are OK, but they might need to be removed if a bag is inspected. The standard offerings usually range from about $15 to $30 for carry-on sizes, with slightly higher prices for larger luggage. They usually zip up, provide holes for handles, and they are often washable. People might be willing to pay slightly higher if they can further customize them. I think this would be a nice option for travelers, and a great addition to other travel items for a coordinating collection. Here's a link that shows some examples: https://www.amazon.com/s?k=luggage+covers Thanks in advance for listening!

We desperately need more gardening options on zazzle! Plant tags for one thing, from the tiny white plastic ones to larger more fancy ones, please!! We also need seed envelopes. The envelopes meant for stationary here are just too big and not quite the right size. Something smaller than 4x6 and preferably vertical orientation instead of the more popular horizontal used for stationary. (Every serious heirloom gardener saves our own seeds!) Some extra ideas: kneeling pads, egg cartons, and small pots and trays for the greenhouse. Also plant tools would be so amazing if possible, the small hand shovel, rake, and snips, and dabber. Harvest baskets/crates/bowls would also be a super hot seller!
